Abstract

본 발명은 불소수지 피복물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 용기의 외부측에는 칼라가 채색된 법량면을 갖고 내측에는, 불소수지가 코팅된 불소수지면을 갖거나 또는 내부는 법량면을 갖고 외면이 불소수지면을 갖는 불소수지 피복물 및 그의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 불소수지 피복물의 제조방법은 소지금속의 양측면에 밀착향상제를 함유한 프리트와, 미루첨가물과, 매트 형성물을 포함하는 내식성이 우수한 제1유약을 도포하여 건조한 후 800-850℃에서 소성하여 제1법량층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 제1법량층이 형성된 일측면 위에 상기 유약보다 고융점의 세라믹 분말을 매트형성물로서 포함하는 제2유약을 도포하여 건조한후 800-850℃에서 소성하여 제2법량층을 형성함과 동시에 상기 제1법량층과 제2법량층사이에 상호 확산에 의한 상호 확산층을 형성하는 단계와, 다공성 요철면을 갖는 상기 제2법량층 위에 불소수지를 피복형성하는 단계로 구성되어 내식성, 내마모성 및 밀착성이 우수한 불소수지 피막층을 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 소지금속의 양측면에 밀착향상제를 함유한 프리트와, 미루첨가물과, 매트 형성물을 포함하는 내식성이 우수한 제1유약을 도포하여 건조한 후 800-850℃에서 소성하여 제1법량층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 제1법량층이 형성된 일측면 위에 상기 유약보다 고융점의 세라믹 분말을 매트형성물로서 포함하는 제2유약을 도포하여 건조한후 800-850℃에서 소성하여 제2법량층을 형성함과 동시에 상기 제1법량층과 제2법량층사이에 상호 확산에 의한 상호 확산층을 형성하는 단계와, 다공성 요철면을 갖는 상기 제2법량층 위에 불소수지를 피복형성하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소수지 피복물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2유약은 SiO235∼50 중량%, Al2O310∼20 중량%, B2O320∼30 중량%, CaO 2∼5 중량%, R2O 15∼25 중량%, F 0.5∼6 중량%로 이루어진 프리트를 100 중량%로 할 때, 점토 5∼15 중량%, Al2O315∼40 중량%, 붕사 3중량% 이하로 이루어진 미루첨가물을 혼합한 후 분쇄하여 슬립상태로 처리된 것임을 특징으로 하는 불소수지 피복물의 제조방법.
  3. 소지금속 상하부에 형성된 내식성이 우수한 제1법량층과, 상기 일측면의 제1법량층 위에 계면에 요철면으로 된 상호확산층을 통하여 결합되며, 매트 형성물을 함유하여 표면에 요철부를 갖는 제2법량층과, 상기 제2법량층의 요철부 위에 형성된 불소수지층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소수지 피복물.
