Abstract

본 발명에 따른 라벨자동부착장치(A)는 라벨(L)을 인쇄공급 하는 프린터(1)로부터 라벨을 공급받아 라벨(L)을 이송하는 라벨공급부(2)와, 상기 라벨공급부(2)로부터 이송된 라벨을 파지하여 열.냉연강판 및 라벨링 부분의 면이 평면 및 곡면과 요철면을 가진 제품에 라벨을 부착할 수 있는 그리퍼(3)로 구성되어 로봇이 라벨 프린터로 부터 출력되는 라벨을 공급대상에 위치로 라벨을 공급받아 로봇파지 위치로 이송시켜 로못그리퍼가 라벨을 흡착할 수 있도록 하는 라벨공급부와 라벨부착면의 형상이 일정치 않은 열.냉연강판코일의 끝단부 기준 특정위치에 부착할 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 라벨(L)을 인쇄공급 하는 프린터(1)로부터 라벨을 공급받아 라벨(L)을 이송하는 라벨공급부(2)와, 상기 라벨공급부(2)로부터 이송된 라벨을 파지하여 열.냉연강판 및 라벨링부분의 면이 평면 및 곡면과 요철면을 가진 제품에 라벨을 부착할 수 있는 그리퍼(3)로 구성되고, 상기 라벨공급부(2)는 라벨이 공급되는 라벨공급대(4)와, 수평이송을 하는 이송유닛(5)과, 라벨의 공급중의 부착을 하도록 공기를 분사하는 에어블로우유닛(6)와 상하공급을 수행하는 상하공급유닛(7)을 포함하며, 상기 그리퍼(3)는 상기 라벨공급대(4)상의 라벨(L)을 진공흡착하는 진공흡착부(8)와, 라벨형상면의 위치변화에도 적용가능한 완충유닛(9)와, 라벨부착압을 일정하게 유지시키는 압력제어유닛(9)와, 라벨부착 각도에 따라 선회로하는 선회부(10)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라벨자동 부착장치.
