Abstract
본 발명은 하우징 내와 외부로 연도가스를 이송하기 위한 유입구와 배출구를 가지는 하우징으로 이루어진 재생 스크러버와 축합 열교환기 결합 시스템에 관한 것이다. 제1열교환기는 연도가스의 초기 냉각을 위하여 연도가스의 하부와 접촉하도록 하우징 내에 위치한다. 연도가스는 연도가스의 재차 냉각을 위하여 상부로 제2열교환기를 통하여 이송된다. 시약 스크러빙 분무장치는 연도가스에서 이산화황을 제거하고 제2열교환기를 세척하기 위하여 제2열교환기 상에 뿐만 아니라 연도가스 내로 시약을 분무하는데 사용된다. 재생장치는 반응 생성물에서 이산화황을 회수하고 시약을 재생하는데 사용된다.

Claims (11)
- 연도가스를 하우징의 내부 및 외부로 이송하기 위한 유입구 및 배출구를 가지는 하우징; 연도가스를 냉각하기 위하여 연도가스의 하류와 접촉하는 하우징 내, 유입구 부근의 제1열교환기; 연도가스를 재차 냉각하기 위하여 연도가스의 상류와 접촉하는 하우징 내, 배출구 부근의 제2열교환기; 반응 생성물을 제조하기 위하여 시약으로 연도가스에서 이산화황을 제거하는 시약 스크러빙 장치; 및 시약 스크러빙 장치에서 사용하기 위한 반응 생성물로부터 시약을 재생하고 상기 반응 생성물로부터 이산화황을 회수하는 재생장치로 이루어진 연도가스에서 이산화황을 제거하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2열교환기가 냉각액을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시약이 탄산나트륨, 수산화나트륨 및 기타 수용성 알칼리 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배출구 부근에 연도가스에서 미스트를 제거하기 위한 미스트 제거기를 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1열교환기와 제2열교환기 사이에 제1열교환기에서 제2열교환기로 연도가스를 이송하기 위한 완화부를 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시약 스크러빙 장치가 1이상의 열요환기에 시약을 제공하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시약이 수성 완충액인 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시약이 유기 화합물인 것인 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서. 유출물이 제1열교환기 내에서 냉각액으로 사용되는 것인 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 시약이 전기분해 방법으로 재생되는 것인 시스템.
- 유입구와 배출구를 가지는 하우징을 준비하는 단계: 연도가스를 유입구를 통하여 하우징에 이송하는 단계: 연도가스를 냉각하기 위하여 하우징 내에서 제1열교환기 부근에서 연도가스를 하부로 이송하는 단계; 연도가스를 재차 냉각하기 위하여 하우징 내에서 제2열교환기 부근에서 연도가스를 상부로 이송하는 단계: 반응 생성물을 체조하여 연도가스에서 이산화황을 제거하기 위해 하우징 내에서 연도가스에 시약을 공급하는 단계: 1 이상의 열교환기에 시약을 제공하는 단계; 반응 생성물로부터 시약을 재생하는 단계; 부산물로써 이산화황을 희수하는 단계; 및 배출구를 통하여 연도가스를 이송하는 단계로 이루어진 연도가스에서 이산화황을 제거하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
