Abstract
본 발명은 냉장고를 이용하여 김치를 숙성시키고 요구르트나 청국장을 발효시키는 기술에 관한 것으로, 종래의 냉장고에 있어서는 김치숙성실의 폐공간이 비효율적으로 방치되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 김치숙성실 자체의 열효율이 매우 낮은 결함이 있고, 김치숙성실의 최대온도가 20±℃정도로 제한되어 있어 그 김치숙성실을 이용하여 청국장이나 요구르트를 발효시키기에 부적합하고, 더욱이 김치를 숙성시키면서 김치와 발효온도가 다른 청국장이나 요구르트를 발효시키기에 부적합하고, 더욱이 김치를 숙성시키면서 김치와 발효온도가 다른 청국장이나 요구르트를 동시에 발효시킬 수 없는 결함이 있었는 바, 본 발명은 이를 해결하기 위하여 김치숙성실의 폐공간을 없애 열효율을 개선하고, 김치 숙성실과 별도로 발효실을 구비하여 별도의 발열수단을 이용해서 요구르트나 청국장 등을 발효시킴으로써 적은 비용으로 사용자에게 보다 편리함을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a technique for ripening kimchi and fermenting yogurt or Cheonggukjang using a refrigerator.
