Abstract
본 발명은 공기를 혼합가스로 대치시켜 감귤류를 통조림화하는 과정에서 종래의 방부제를 사용하지 않고 무균상태를 보장하며, 또한 착색제나 항료를 사용하지 않음으로써 오르가노렙시아(organolepsia)의 성질을 보유케하는 방법에 관한다. 본 발명 방법에 의하면 감귤류의 처리와 소비과정에 무균법의 요구 문제를 해결하고 특히 레몬류에 적합한 절단법과 통조림화(포장화) 및 상업화를 달성할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 영양식품산업에 적용된다.

Claims (1)
- a) 자동적, 그리고 무균상태의 방법으로 감귤류를 절단 혹은 토막으로 자르는 단계; b) 유통기간의 6개월 내지 9개월이 되도록 절단된 감귤류를 진공식으로 통조림화하는 단계; c) 이렇게 처리한 감귤류를 소비를 위해 위생적이고 무균상태의 형태로 소개, 제시하는 단계로 이루어지는 시장에서 소비되는 감귤류의 절단, 통조림화 및 상업화, 상품화 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
