Abstract

본 발명은 야금용기의 바닥내의 방출 개구의 개폐장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 경사진 상태로 연장되는 주입채널(5)을 구비하는 방출슬리브(3)가 방출 블록(1)의 하단부에 삽입되고, 수평 하단부면(7)에는 보완 단부면(7a)을 통해 폭방향으로 동일하게 반전된 형상의 슬리브(3a)가 놓이고, 슬리브(3a)는 고정 방출 블록(1)에 대해 수직축(4)을 중심으로 회전할 수 있도록 배치된 배수관(10)내에 삽입되고, 배수관(10)의 사전설정된 회전위치(개방위치)에서 상기 개구는 완전히 또는 부분적으로 서로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 야금용기의 바닥의 방출 블록내에 삽입된 슬리브내의 방출 개구를 개방 및 폐쇄하는 회전식 개폐장치로서, 고정된 방출 블록에 대해 수직축을 중심으로 회전할 수 있도록 배치된 배수관으로 구성되며, 내부에 경사진 상태로 연장되는 주입채널을 포함하고 배수관의 회전위치에 따라 방출 불록내의 방출 개구를 완전히 또는 부분적으로 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 삽입 슬리브를 포함하는 야금용기용 회전식 개폐장치에 있어서, 경사진 상태로 연장되는 주입채널(5,5a)을 구비하며, 조합된 상태에서 보완 수정 단부면(7,7a)을 통해 서로 폭방향으로 동일하게 반전되어 놓이는 동일 구성의 슬리브(3,3a)가 방출 블록(1) 및 배수관(1)내에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용기용 회전식 개폐장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슬리브(3,3a)는 절두원추형 형태로 이루어지고, 그 단부면(7,7a)에서 넓어진 가장 자리를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용기용 회전식 개폐장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 슬리브(3,3a)는 탄소를 함유하는 고내화재로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용기용 회전식 개폐장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 주입채널(5,5a)의 대향단부(6,6a)는 슬리브(3,3a)내에서 수직으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용기용회전식 개폐장치.
