Abstract

외부시이트에 용접된 삽입웨브판으로 서로 견고히 연결된 두개의 평행 외부시이트로 구성되고 각 웨브판은 종방향 모서리는 각 외부시이트 대향 내부면에 맞댐이음되는 스트립이고 용접은 레이저 용접에 의해 이루어지고 각 외부시이트를 통해 각 웨브판스트립의 종방향 모서리로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소를 발표한다. 외부시이트는 4각형으로 절단하고 웨브판스트립는 외부시이트 4각형면에 평행 이동하도록 삽입되었다.

제5도는 제4도의 조립체의 평면도,
제6도-제11도는 열분리 웨브판 스트립의 각종 구체예와 함께 평판기소의 부분도면을 보여 준다.

Claims (20)

  1. 외부시이트에 용접된 삽입웨브판으로 서로 견고히 연결된 두개의 평행 외부시이트로 구성되고 각 웨브판(3)는 종방향 모서리는 각 외부시이트(1, 2) 대향 내부면에 맞댐이음되는 스트립이고 용접은 레이저 용접(8)에 의해 이루어지고 각 외부시이트(1, 2)를 통해 각 웨브판스트립(3)의 종방향 모서리로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 외부시이트(1, 2)는 4각형으로 절단하고 웨브판스트립(3)는 외부시이트(1, 2) 4각형면에 평행 이동하도록 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  3. 제1항 및 2항중 한항에 있어서, 외부시이트(1, 2) 긴 4각형면은 각 리외부 웨브판 스트립(3) 아래로 일정하게 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 외부시이트(1, 2) 모서리 아래로 돌출하는 텅피소(6)를 최외부 웨브판 스트립(3) 아래의 외부시이트(1, 2)의 돌출로 정해진 격자중 하나에 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 텅기소(6)는 외부시이트(1, 2) 사이에 고정된 4각형판(7)인 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  6. 전술한 항중 한항에 있어서, 외부시이트(1, 2)는 3mm 두께이고 웨브판 스트립(3)은 4mm 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항에 있어서, 웨브판 스트립(3)은 서로에 대해 120mm 거리로 평행배열한 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  8. 제1-7항에 있어서, 웨브판스트립(3)은 40mm 높이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  9. 제1-8항에 있어서, 삽입웨브판으로 서로 견고히 결합시킨 두개의 평행한 외부시이트로 구성되고 웨브판(3)중 하나에 절연분리물을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 절연분리물은 높은 절연효과의 재료로된 프로파일(27, 27′, 27″, 27′″)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  11. 제9항 및 10항에 있어서, 각 웨브판 스트립(3)는 서로 분리한 부분스트립(3′, 3″)으로 되고 외부종방향 모서리는 맞댐-결합되고 각 외부시이트(1, 2)에 용접 또는 연결시키며 스트립섹션(3′, 3″)의 절연분리를 가져오고 상호 대향 내부 종방향 모서리(24, 25) 사이에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  12. 제9항-11항에 있어서, 부분스트립(3′, 3″)의 상호 대향 내부 종방향 모서리(24, 25) 또한 연결프로파일(27, 27′, 27″)의 인접한 외부구역을 상호결합을 하는 결합부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 결합부는 부분스트립(3′, 3″)의 상호결합 종방향 모서리(24, 25) 또한 프로파일(27, 27′, 27″) 위에 고정된 맞물림 기소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  14. 제4항과 9-13항중 한항에 있어서, 텅기소(6)는 절연분리물을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  15. 전술한 항중 한항에 있어서, 외부시이트(1, 2)로 구성된 격자와 인접 웨브판스트립(3)에 절연물 또는 제동물을 채운 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 절연물 또는 제동물을 거품층전물형으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  17. 제1항 내지 16항중 한항에 있어서, 샤프트나 관(20, 21)을 위한 통로구역에 컷아웃을 구비하고 그속의 컷아웃에 관통구성기소를 갖는 인서어트(22)를 삽입한 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  18. 제1항 내지 17항중 한항에 있어서, 지지구성의 하부코드(9)상에 있고 하부코드(9) 바로 위의 예정구역에 지지판(12)의 발판이 설치된 컷아웃을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 발판은 컷아웃속에 삽입되고 하부코드(9) 위에 있으며 내부로부터 하부코드(9)상에 용접된 것이고 상부시이트(1)에 있는 칼라플랜지(15)를 갖고 여기에 용접된 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 지지판(12) 발판은 칼라플랜지(15) 위에 용접된 것을 특징으로 하는 평판기소.
