Abstract

본 발명은 FK506-결합 단백질내의 항원 결정군을 인식하지만 FK506-결합 단백질과 FK506 사이의 결합을 저해하지는 않는 모노클로날 항체(안티-FKBP항체); 고정화된 안티-FKBP 항체, 효소-표지된 FK506 및 검체중의 FKBP를 반응시키고 효소기질의 발색도를 분석하여 혈장중의 FKBP 농도를 분석하는 방법; 및 분석용 키트에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면 FK506의 면역억제작용에 영향을 미치는 혈장중의 FKBP 농도를 용이하고 더욱 정확하게 분석할 수 있고, 따라서 개개 환자의 조건에 따라 더욱 적합한 FK506의 최적용량을 결정할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (5)

  1. FK506-결합 단백질내의 항원 결정군을 인식하지만 FK506-결합 단백질과 FK506 사이의 결합을 저해하지 않는 모노클로날 항체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, FK506-결합 단백질이 인간 FKBP-12인 모노클로날 항체.
  3. 제1항에 따르는 고정화된 모노클로날 항체를 효소-표지된 FK506 및 검체중의 FK506-결합 단백질과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 FK506-결합 단백질의 농도를 분석하는 방법.
  4. 고정화된 FK506-결합 단백질을 효소-표지된 FK506 및 검체중의 FK506-결합 단백질과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 FK506-결합 단백질의 농도를 분석하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 따르는 모노클로날 항체, FK506-결합 단백질 및 효소-표지된 FK506을 포함하는 FK506-결합 단백질 농도 분석용 키트.
