Abstract

본 발명은 바닥패널플랩이 맞물림 잠금되도록 조립될 때 직립위치로 자동적으로 접히는 바닥패널에 연결되어 있는 이음패널을 구비한 둘러싸는 운반구에 관한 것이다. 조립된 후의 이음패널의 직립부분은 운반구내에 있는
인접 물품의 바닥부분에 접촉하여 물품이 운반구 끝을 통해 밖으로 멀어지는 것을 방지하도록 되어 있다. 이음 패널을 측패널에 연결시키는 접기선은 뒤로 구부러져 이들 접기선을 늘림과 동시에, 이음패널의 절결부는 이음패널의 기타 접기선의 길이를 단축시키록 되어 있다. 이것은 이음패널의 끌어당기는 힘을 증대시키면서 동시에, 이음패널이 직립위치로 접히게 하기 위해서 반드시 극복되어야만 하는 가압력의 감소를 가져온다.

Description

제4도는 제3도와 동일하나, 반제품이 바닥패널 잠금위치로 접히는 과정에 있는 것을 도시하는 끝면도,
제5도는 명료한 도시를 위해 병이 생략되어 있는 제4도 운반구 반제품의 측패널중 하나의 내부면 및 연결되어 있는 바닥패널 플랩의 측면도,
제6도는 포장된 인접한 병의 바닥과 접혀있는 이음(gusset) 패널의 관계를 나타내는, 제1도 운반구 바닥패널 위로 약간 떨어진 제1도 선6-6에 따른 운반구의 부분 확대단면도.

Claims (15)

  1. 복수의 물품을 포장하기 위한 둘러싸는 운반구에 있어서, 상부 접기선을 따라 꼭대기 패널에, 하부 접기선을 따라 운반구의 바닥패널을 형성하도록 서로 연결된 바닥패널플랩에 각각 연결되어 있는 대향 측패널, 제1접기선을 따라 측패널 각각의 끝에지 일부분에 연결되어 있고 제2접기선을 따라 인접한 바닥패널플랩 각각의 끝에지에 연결되어 있으며, 중간 접기선과 상기 제1접기선 사이에 뻗어있는 제1부분과 중간 접기선과 상기 제2접기선 사이에 뻗어있는 제2부분으로 이음패널을 분할하는 중간 대각선을 각각 가지고 있으며, 제1, 제2 및 중간 적기선이 종결되는 절결부를 각각 포함하고 있는 이음패널, 제2접기선 보다 긴 제1접기선 및, 이음패널의 제1접기선이 서로를 향해 모이도록 연결되어 있는 각각의 측패널의 끝에지 부분으로 구성되어 있으며, 각각의 이음패널은 그 제1, 제2 및 중간 접기선에 대해 접혀 제1이음패널부의 한쪽 면이 인접한 측패널과 접촉상태가 되고 제1이음 패널부의 대향면의 일부분이 제2이음패널부의 일부분과 접촉상태가 되도록 되어 있으며, 제2이음패널부의 나머지 결합되어 있는 바닥패널플랩으로부터 위쪽으로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 물품 포장용 둘러싸는 운반구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이음패널에 인접한 포장된 물품의 하부 측부분은 제2이음패널부의 양쪽 부분과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸는 운반구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 물품은 원통형 몸체부분과 꼭대기 패널의 개구부를 관통하여 위로 뻗도록 되어 있는 병목부를 가진 음료병을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸는 운반구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제1이음패널부를 접는 것은 제2이음패널부가 접히게 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸는 운반구.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제2이음패널부는 절결부에서 종결되는 중간 접기선을 포함하고 있으며, 중간 접기선은 제2이음패널부가 운반구내에 있는 인접한 둥근 물품의 곡면을 따라 접촉하기 용이하게 하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸는 운반구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 측패널은 꼭대기 패널로부터 뻗어있는 모이도록 되어 있는 끝에지를 포함하고 있으며, 바닥 및 꼭대기 패널로부터 모이도록 되어 있는 에지는 제1이음패널 접기선의 상부끝에서 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸는 운반구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 측패널은 측패널을 바닥패널플랩에 연결시키는 하부 접기선위에 평행하게 멀어져 있는 부가적인 접기선을 포함하고 있으며, 하부 및 부가 접기선 사이의 측패널부분은 안쪽으로 경사져 있어 안쪽으로 경사진 하부 부분을 갖는 인접한 물품의 윤곽선을 따라 접촉하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸는 운반구.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 제1이음패널접기선은 측패널의 부가적인 접기선에 또는 약간위에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸는 운반구.
  9. 복수의 물품을 포장하기 위한 둘러싸는 운반구를 형성하는 반제품에 있어서, 대향측에 있는 접기선을 따라 측패널부에 연결되어 있는 꼭대기 패널부, 반제품으로터 형성된 운반구의 바닥패널을 형성하도록 서로 연결되기 적합하게 되어 있는 바닥패널 플랩에 접기선을 따라 연결되어 있는 각각의 측패널부, 제1접기선을 따라 측패널 각각의 끝에지 일부분에 연결되어 있고 제2접기선을 따라 인접한 바닥패널플랩 각각의 끝에지에 연결되어 있으며, 중간 접기선과 상기 제1접기선 사이에 뻗어있는 제l부분과 중간 접기선과 상기 제2접기선 사이에 뻗어있는 제2부분으로 이음패널을 분할하는 중간 대각선 방향 접기선을 각각 가지고 있으며, 제1, 제2및 중간 접기선이 종결되는 절결부를 각각 포함하고 있는 이음패널, 제2접기선 보다 긴 제1접기선 및, 이음패널의 제1접기선이 서로를 향해 모이도륵 연결되어 있는 각각의 측패널의 끝에지 부분으로 구성되어 있으며, 각각의 이음패널은 그 제1, 제2 및 중간접기선에 대해 접히기 적합하게 되어 있어 제1이음패널부의 한쪽 면이 반제품으로부터 형성되는 운반구의 인접한 측패널과 접촉상태가 되고 제1이음패널부의 대향면의 일부분이 제2이음패널부의 일부분과 접촉상태가 되도록 되어 있으며, 제2이음패널부의 나머지 부분은 결합되어 있는 바닥패널플랩으로부터 위쪽으로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 물품 포장용 둘러싸는 운반구 형성용 반제품.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 제1이음패널부를 접는 것은 제2이음패널부가 접히게 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸는 운반구.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 제2이음패널부는 절결부에서 종결되는 중간 접기선을 포함하고 있으며, 중간 접기선은 제2이음패널부가 운반구내에 있는 인접한 둥근 물품의 곡면을 따라 접촉하기 용이하게 하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸는 운반구.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 각각의 측패널은 꼭대기 패널로부터 뻗어있는 모이도록 되어 있는 끝에지를 포함하고 있으며, 바닥 및 꼭대기 패널로부터 모이도록 되어 있는 에지는 제1이음패널 접기선의 상부끝에서 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸는 운반구.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 각각의 측패널은 측패널을 바닥패널플랩에 연결시키는 하부 접기선 위에 평행하게 떨어져 있는 부가적인 접기선을 포함하고 있으며, 하부 및 부가 접기선 사이의 측패널부분은 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구내에 안쪽으로 경사져 있어 안쪽으로 경사진 하부 부분을 갖는 인접한 물품의 윤곽선을 따라 접촉하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸는 운반구.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 제1이음패널접기선은 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구내의 측패널의 부가적인 접기선에 또는 약간위에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸는 운반구.
  15. 제9항에 있어서, 이음패널의 제2접기선과 중간 대각선방향 접기선의 교차부 사이의 거리는 꼭대기 패널부 끝에지 사이에서 측정될 때 꼭대기 패널부의 길이보다 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸는 운반구.
