Abstract

Patente de Invenção: CARREGADOR DO TIPO DE ENVOLTóRIO TENDO RETENTORES TERMINAIS E MATRIZ PARA SUA FORMAçãO. A invenção se refere a um carregador do tipo de envoltório (34) com painéis de reforço (28), conectado com o painel inferior (42) que se dobra automaticamente na sua posição vertical quando os flapes do painel inferior são ajustados para engate de fechamento. As partes verticais resultantes dos painéis de reforço, contactam as partes inferiores dos artigos adjacentes em um carregador para impedir que os artigos caiam através das extremidades do carregador. As linhas de dobra (32) que conectam estes painéis de reforço (28) com os painéis laterais (18), são angulares para estender estas linhas de dobra enquanto os recortes (60) nos painéis de reforço diminuem o comprimento das outras linhas de dobra (62, 66) dos painéis de reforço. Isto aumenta a força de tração dos painéis de reforço enquanto diminui a força de polarização que precisa ser ultrapassada a fim de que os painéis de reforço sejam dobrados na sua posição vertical.
