Abstract

본 발명은 병과 같은 물품이 개방단부를 통해 운반구로부터 빠져나오는 것을 방지하는 개방단부 포잔운반구의 일체적 유지수단(38)에 관한 것이다.
바닥패널(28)은 기계적으로 연결된 내부 및 외부플랩(30, 32)으로 구성된다.
외부바닥 패널플랩(32)은 바닥패널(28)의 개방단 에지에 대략 평행하는 절첩선(56)을 따라 각각의 단부에서 연결된 유지플랩(38)을 포함한다.
유지플랩(38)은 내부바닥 패널플랩(30)의 개구부(76)를 통해 운반구 내부로 뻗는다.
유지플랩 (38)은 수렴하는 절첩선(72)을 따라서 접혀서 운반구내의 2열의 인접하는 병의 끝부분의 병의 외부와 맞물리는 유지핑거를 형성한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본발명의 바틀 리레이닝 수단을 결합하는 랩 어라운드 캐리어의 회화(繪畵)도이다. 제2도는 제1도의 캐리어를 형성하는 공통의 평면도이다. 제3도는 겹치기 바로전의 내부 및 외부 패널플랩의 확장 평면도이다. 제4도는 잠김 공정의 중간 단계에서 도시된 잠김 플랩 부분을 가지는 오버랩된 상태에 있는 내부 및 외부 바닥 패널 플랩의 확대도이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 상부패널(12), 상부패널(12)에 연결된 대향 측패널(16, 18, 22), 및 각각의 플랩이측에지(58)와 끝에지(82)를 가지고 있으며, 측에지(82)를 갖고 있으며, 측에지(82)를 따라 측패널(22)의 하나에 연결된 내부바닥 패널플랩(30)과 내부바닥플랩(30)에 중첩하고 측에지를 따라 다른 하나의 측패널(22)에 연결된 외부바닥플랩(32)와를 가진 바닥패널(28)로 이루어진 랩어라운드 캐리어에 있어서, 내부바닥 패널플랩(30)은 끝에지(82)중의 하나에 인접한 개구부(76)를 함유하고 있으며, 외부바닥 패널플랩(32)은 인접한 물품의 바닥부분의 바깥쪽으로 이동하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 상기 개구부(76)를 통하여 뻗어 있는 일체적인 물품유지수단(38)을 포함하고 있으며, 물품유지수단(38)은 외부바닥플랩(32)의 끝에지(58)에 대체로 행하게 뻗어 있는 유지플랩 절첩선(56)을 따라 외부바닥 패널플랩(32)에 연결된 유지플랩(73, 75)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유지플랩 절첩선(56)은 캐리어의 내부방향으로 약간 만국되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유지플랩(73, 75)은 유지플랩 절첩선(56)의 횡단으로 뻗어 있는 절첩선 수단(72)을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 내부바닥 플랩(30)내에 있는 개구부(76)의 적어도 일부분(78)은 유지플랩(73, 75)의 길이의 대체로 중심으로 있는 유지플랩 절첩선(56)의 횡단으로 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 탭(84)은 상기 개구부(76)에 인접한 내부 바닥플랩(30)에 일체적으로 연결되어 있으며, 이 탭(84)은 유지플랩 절첩선(56)에 인접한 유지플랩(73, 75)과 맞물려 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 내부바닥 패널플랩(30)의 개구부(76)는 유지플랩 절첩선(56)과 대략 일치하는 일부분(80)을 포함하며, 유지플랩(73, 75)은 개구부(76)의 양부(78, 80)를 통하여 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 유지플랩(73, 75)은 유지플랩 절첩선(56)에 대향하는 끝에지(60)를 가지며 유지플랩(73, 75)위의 절첩선 수단(72)은 유지플랩 절첩선(56)상의 간격을 둔 지점으로부터 뻗어 있으며 상호 향하여 집중하는 두 절첩선으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 횡단 절첩선(72)사이의 유지플랩(73, 75)의 부(73)는 캐리어의 인접한 끝을 향하며 횡단 절첩선(72)의 어느 측상의 부(75)는 캐리어의 측패널을 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 유지플랩(73, 75)의 횡단 절첩선(72)이 만곡되어서 만곡된 절첩선(72)의 어느 측항의 유지플랩의 부(75)는 인접 물품의 만곡된 바닥부의 만곡에 맞게 일치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  10. 상부피널부(12), 상부패널부(12)의 대향측에 연결되어 있는 측 패널부(16, 18, 22), 측패널부(22)중의 하나에 연결되어 이/는 내부바닥 패널플랩(30) 및 나머지 다른 측패널부(22)에 연결되어 있는 외부바닥 패널플랩(32)으로 구성되어 있으며, 외부바닥 패널플랩(32)은 블랭크로 부터 형성되는 캐리어의 바닥패널내의 내부바닥 패널플랩(30)에 중첩되기 적합하게 되어 있는, 측패널 및 개방끝을 가지고 있는 랩 어라운드 캐리어를 형성하는 사각 블랭크에 있어서, 내부바닥 패널플랩(30)은 블랭크로 부터 형성된 캐리어의 개방끝에 대응하는 에지(82)에 인접한 개구부(76)를 수용하고 있으며, 외부바닥 패널플랩(32)은 캐리어내의 인접한 물품의 바닥부분이 바깥쪽으로 이동하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 블랭크로 부터 형성된 캐리어내의 내부바닥 패널플랩(30)내에 있는 개구부(76)를 관통하여 뻗도록 우치하고 있는 일체의 물품유지수단(38)을 포함하고 있으며, 물품유지수단(38)은 캐리어의 상기 개방끝에 대응하는 외부바닥 패널플랩(32)의 에지(58)에 인접한 유지플랩 절첩선(56)을 따라 외부바닥 패널플랩(32)에 연결되어 있는 유지플랩(73, 75)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 유지플랩(73, 75)은 유지플랩 절첩선(56)을 가로질러 뻗어있는 절첩선수단(72)을 수용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 내부바닥 플랩(30)내의 개구부(76)의 적어도 일부분(78)은 유지플랩(73, 75)의 길이 중앙으로 유지플랩 절첩선(56)을 가로질러 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 내부바닥 패널플랩(30)내의 개구부(76)는 블랭크로 부터 형성된 캐리어내의 유지플랩 절첩선(56)과 일치되는 부분(80)을 포함하고 있으며, 유지플랩(73, 75)는 개구부(76)의 양부분(78, 80)을 관통하기 적합하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 유지플랩(73, 75)상의 횡 절첩수단(72)은 유지플랩 절첩선상의 이격된 지점으로 부터 서로를 향해 수렴하는 유지플랩 절첩선(56)으로부터 멀리 뻗어있는 2개의 절첩선을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 유지플랩(73, 75)의 횡 절첩선(72)은 만곡된 절첩선의 어느 한 측면상의 유지플랩 부분(75)이 블랭크로 부터 형성된 캐리어내의 인접물품의 만곡된 바닥부분의 곡률과 일치되도록 만곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랩어라운드 캐리어.
