Abstract
본 발명은 섬유의 표면에 입자를 매립시키기 위하여 팽윤 용매 중의 입상 물질의 분산액으로 아라미드 섬유를 처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)
- a) (i) 중합체 물질을 팽윤시킬 수 있는 제1 액체 및 (ii) 그 안에 분산된 미분 입상 물질을 포함하여 이루어진 액상계를 제공하는 단계, b) 중합체 물질의 개개의 필라멘트가 다수개 모여 이루어진 사(yarn)를 필라멘트의 표면에서 중합체 물질을 팽윤시키기에 충분한 시간 동안 상기 액상계와 접촉시키는 단계, 및 c) 팽윤된 중합체 물질을 제1 액체에 대해서는 용매이고, 중합체 물질에 대해서는 비용매인 제2 액체와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 서로 분리된 개개의 필라멘트들을 가지며 개개의 필라멘트 표면에 부분적으로 매립된 미분 입상 물질을 갖는 중합체 물질의 개개의 필라멘트가 다수개 모여 이루어진 사의 제조방법.
- a) (i) 중합체 물질을 팽윤시킬 수 있는 제1 액체 및 (ii) 그 안에 분산된 미분 입상 물질을 포함하여 이루어진 액상계를 제공하는 단계, b) 개개의 필라멘트를 표면에서 중합체 물질을 팽윤시키기에 충분한 시간 동안 상기 액상계와 접촉시킴으로써 중합체 물질의 개개의 필라멘트들로 이루어진 사의 개개의 필라멘트의 표면을 팽윤시키는 단계, 및 c) 팽윤된 중합체 물질을 제1 액체에 대해서는 용매이고, 중합체 물질에 대해서는 비용매인 제2 액체와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 서로 분리되어 있는 개개의 필라멘트들을 가지며 개개의 필라멘트 표면에 부분적으로 매립된 미분 입상 물질을 갖는 중합체 물질의 개개의 필라멘트 다수개 모여 이루어진 사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 물질이 아라미드인 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 물질이 파라-아라미드인 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 물질이 폴리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입상 물질이 점토, 실리카 또는 그라파이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입상 물질이 액상계 중에 1 내지 10 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 물질이 폴리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드)이고, 제1 액체가 88% 이하의 농도의 황산인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 황산의 농도가 70 내지 88%인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제2 액체가 물인 방법.
