Abstract

Claims (10)

  1. 공기와 액체를 혼합하기 위한 혼합실을 포함하고, 액체통로와 공기 통로를 각각 통해 상기 혼합실과 소통하도록 배치된 액체 및 공기 압력실과, 상기 액체통로와 상기 공기통로를 각각 선택적으로, 개폐하도록 그 액체통로와 공기통로를 따라 액체 및 공기 압력실과 혼합실 중간에 배치된 밸브수단을 포함하는 소비제품 스프레이용 패키지에 있어서, 상기 액체 및 공기 압력실은 분배 직전에 약 50psi 이하의 압력을 가지며, 상기 액체통로와 상기 공기통로는 혼합실에 질량기준으로 약 0.06:1과 약 0.01:1 사이의 공기 대 액체 비를 제공하는 크기로 되어 있고, (ⅰ) 내부에 공동을 가지는 외부 하우징으로서, 액체통로의 부분, 공기통로의 부분 및 최종 출구 오리피스를 또한 포함하고, 이들 각각은 상기 외부 하우징을 통해 상기 공동에 대한 별도의 소통을 제공하고, 상기 최종 출구 오리피스는 초당 약 1.0 입방센티미터 이하의 액체 유랑을 제공하는 크기로 되어 있는 외부 하우징과, (ⅱ) 상기 외부 하우징의 공동내에 배치된 내부 하우징으로서, 그 내부 하우징의 외측 치수는 상기 내부 하우징과 상기 외부 하우징 사이의 간격내에 액체통로 또는 공기통로의 부분을 제공하는 크기로 되어 있고, 최종 출구 오리피스에 근접한 간격의 부분에 혼합실이 배치되어 있으며, 다른 액체통로 또는 공기통로의 부분을 제공하는 공동이 내부에 있고, 상기 내부 하우징의 작은 공동과 상기 혼합실 사이에 공기통로의 부분을 제공하는 거품 사출수단을 더 포함하고, 이 사출수단은 거의 모든 거품이 상기 출구 오리피스의 직경보다 큰 직경을 갖도록 거품을 형성하는 내부 하우징을 가지는 작동기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소피제품 스프레이용 패키지.

  3. 공기와 액체를 혼합하기 위한 혼합실을 포함하고, 액체통로를 통해 상기 혼합실과 소통하도록 배치된 액체실과, 상기 액체통로를 선택적으로 개폐하도록 그 액체통로를 따라 액체실과 혼합실 중간에 배치된 벨브수단을 포함하는 소비제품 스프레이용 패키지에 있어서, 내부에 혼합실을 가지는 외부 하우징을 포함하는 작동기를 더 포함하고, 상기 외부 하우징은 액체통로의 부분, 공기통로의 부분 및 최종 출구 오리피스를 또한 포함하고, 이들 각각은 상기 혼합실과의 별도의 유체소통을 제공하고, 상기 혼합실은 액체가 종방향으로 관통하여 흐르도록 벤츄리 통로와 소통하는 액체통로 및 벤츄리의 거의 중간 지점에서 공기 사출수단을 통해 상기 혼합실과 소통하는 공기통로를 갖춘 벤츄리 통로의 형상을 가짐으로써 액체의 압력이 대기압 이하로 감소되고 공기가 대기로부터 직접 액체유통내로 들어오는 것을 특징으로 하는 소피제품 스프레이용 패키지.
  4. 공기와 액체를 혼합하기 위한 혼합실을 포함하고, 액체를 상기 혼합실에 전달하기 위한 수단과, 공기를 공기 사출수단을 통해 상기 혼합실에 별도로 전달하기 위한 수단을 가지는 소비제품 스프레이용 패키지에 있어서, 공기와 액체가 상기 혼합실로부터 패키지를 빠져나가도록 통과하는 출구 오리피스를 포함하고, 평균 유로에 의해 나타낸 상기 사출수단으로부터 상기 출구 오리피스까지의 거리는 거품이 현저히 합체될 기회를 갖는 거리 이하이고, 상기 출구 오리피스, 상기 액체 전달수단 및 상기 공기 전달수단은 서로 협력하여 초당 약 1.0입방센티미터 이하의 총 질량유량, 액체의 질량유량 및 공기의 질량유량을 제공함으로써, 상기 혼합실의 평균 단면적, 액체의 표면장력, 액체의 점성, 액체의 밀도 및 공기의 밀도와 더불어 제6도의 그래프상의 GA/λ.ψ)/GA의 도표가 거품 유동영역과 슬러그 유동영역의 외측에 머무르는 것을 특징으로 하는 소피제품 스프레이용 패키지.
  5. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 평균 유로에 의해 나타낸 사출 오리피스와 최종 오리피스 사이의 거리는 거품이 현저하게 합체되는 거리 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 소비제품 스프레이용 패키지.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 액체 유동통로의 환형 간격부는 모세관 작용의 정지점이 공기 사출수단의 장소 주위에 배치되개끔 모세관 작용이 발생하기에 충분히 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 소비제품 스프레이용 패키지.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 혼합실은 저 표면마찰 폴리머로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소비제품 스프레이용 패키지.
  8. 전항들중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 평균 유로에 의해 나타낸 상기 사출 오리피스와 상기 최종 출구 오리피스 사이의 거리가 약 0.24인치와 약 0.01인치 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 소비제품 스프레이용 패키지.
  9. 전항들중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 공기 사출수단은 상기 최종 출구 오리피스에 대해 대칭으로 그리고 그 최종 출구 오리피스에 대해 등거리에 배치된 오리피스틀인 것을 특징으로 하는 소비제품 스프레이용 패키지.
