Description
噴霧装置本体部310aと、内蓋部313と、外蓋部314とを少なくとも備えている。内蓋部313と円環部324と整流板330と外蓋部314とで気液混合部315を構成している。噴霧装置310は、さらに、噴霧装置蓋固定部317を備えている。
液体流路と気体流路とを有する噴霧装置本体部と、
前記液体流路の端部に設けられた液体導入部と、
前記気体流路の端部に設けられた円環状の気体導入部と、
前記液体導入部と前記気体導入部とを覆う気液噴出部と、
前記液体導入部の少なくとも1箇所に前記液体流路と連通して設けられて、前記円環状の気体導入部の内側の空間である気液混合部に液体流を流入させる液体流入口と、
前記円環状の気体導入部の少なくとも1箇所に前記気体流路と連通して設けられて、前記気液混合部に気体流を流入させる気体流入口と、
前記気液噴出部に貫通して設けられて前記気体流入口から流出した前記気体流と前記液体流入口から流出した前記液体流とが混合して、液体が微粒化した気液混合流体を流出させる管状流路と、
前記管状流路と連通して前記気液噴出部に設けられて、前記気液混合流体を噴出させる噴出口と、
前記気液噴出部に設けられて、前記噴出口に連通したテーパーを有する流路と、
前記テーパーを有する流路に設けられた凹凸形状の開口を有する整流部と、
前記液体導入部に設けられて、前記気液混合部に突出し、前記凹凸形状の開口を有する前記整流部との間で整流流出口を形成する凸部と、
を備え、
前記整流部の前記凹凸形状の開口の面積に対する、前記整流流出口の面積の面積比率が0%より大きくかつ60%以下で、かつ前記整流流出口の前記面積が前記管状流路の流路断面積より大きい、噴霧装置を提供する。

Claims (2)
- 液体流路と気体流路とを有する噴霧装置本体部と、
前記液体流路の端部に設けられた液体導入部と、
前記気体流路の端部に設けられた円環状の気体導入部と、
前記液体導入部と前記気体導入部とを覆う気液噴出部と、
前記液体導入部の少なくとも1箇所に前記液体流路と連通して設けられて、前記円環状の気体導入部の内側の空間である気液混合部に液体流を流入させる液体流入口と、
前記円環状の気体導入部の少なくとも1箇所に前記気体流路と連通して設けられて、前記気液混合部に気体流を流入させる気体流入口と、
前記気液噴出部に貫通して設けられて前記気体流入口から流出した前記気体流と前記液体流入口から流出した前記液体流とが混合して、液体が微粒化した気液混合流体を流出させる管状流路と、
前記管状流路と連通して前記気液噴出部に設けられて、前記気液混合流体を噴出させる噴出口と、
前記気液噴出部に設けられて、前記噴出口に連通したテーパーを有する流路と、
前記テーパーを有する流路に設けられた凹凸形状の開口を有する整流部と、
前記液体導入部に設けられて、前記気液混合部に突出し、前記凹凸形状の開口を有する前記整流部との間で整流流出口を形成する凸部と、
を備え、
前記整流部の前記凹凸形状の開口の面積に対する、前記整流流出口の面積の面積比率が0%より大きくかつ60%以下で、かつ前記整流流出口の前記面積が前記管状流路の流路断面積より大きい、噴霧装置。 - 前記凸部が、上流側の前記凸部の底面から下流側の先端部に向けて先細りの形状である、請求項1に記載の噴霧装置。
