Abstract

본 발명은 얇은 금속판을 타발절곡가공하여 제조가능한 저배구조의 카드배출기구 및 그것을 사용하는 카드컨넥터를 제공한다.
카드컨넥터(10)는 컨넥터하우징(20) 및 카드배출기구(30)로 구성된다. 카드배출기구(30)는 고정프레임부(40)와 가동배출부(50)로 구성된다. 프레임부(40)는 1쌍의 약

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 카드 배출기구가 부착된 카드컨넥터에 적합한 실시예의 평면도 및 정면도, 제2도는 제1도의 카드 배출기구의 가동부에 사용하는 리프트브레드의 평면도, 정면도 및 단면도, 제4도는 제1도의 카드배출기구의 동작설명도.

Claims (7)

  1. 카드의 상보 콘택트에 접속되는 다수의 콘택트를 가지는 하우징, 이 하우징에 부착된 상기 카드를 안내지지하는 고정프레임 및 이 고정프레임에 부착된 상기 카드를 배출하는 배출기구를 포함하는 카드컨넥터에 있어서, 상기 고정프레임은 타발절곡가공된 다수의 설편이 형성된 1쌍의 평형안내레일 및 평판형 연결부를 가지는 얇은 금속으로 형성되고, 상기 배출기구는 상기 안내레일을 따라 누름바아, 상기 연결부의 개구를 통해 연결되어 상기 누름바아로 회동되는 아암바아 및 리프트블레이드를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드컨넥터.
  2. 상기 고정 프레임은 얇은 스텐레스강판제인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 카드컨넥터.
  3. 상기 안내레일은 단면이 대략자형인 측면을 따라 상기 설편이 외팔보로 형성되어, 상하면에 다수의 엠보스가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 카드컨넥터.
  4. 상기 연결부에는 대략 사각형의 개구가 형성되어, 상기 아암바아의 종단부는 대략 상기 연결부의 판두께와 같은 상기 개구 내측으로 옵세트된 상기 리프트블레이드의 대략 중앙부에 선회가능하게 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 카드컨넥터.
  5. 상기 고정프레임에는 회로기판으로의 고정용 러그가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 카드컨넥터.
  6. 상기 누름바아는 상기 고정프레임의 상기 안내레일의 어느쪽에 선택적으로 부착가능한 제1항의 카드컨넥터.
  7. 상기 누름바아는 상기안내레일을 절단하여 세워 형성한 다수의 지지클립으로 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 카드컨넥터.
