Abstract
본 발명은 광자기디스크재생헤드의 광픽업헤드에 관한 것으로, 자기적 성질과 광학적 성질을 이용하여 자기헤드에 의해 기록된 광자기 디스크(D)상의 정보를 재생하는 광픽업헤드를 갖춘 광자기디스크재생시스템에 있어서, 상기 광픽업헤드는 상기 광자기 디스크(D)의 표면에 조사되는 레이저비임을 발생하는 레이저광원(50)과, 상기 레이저광원(50)에서 발생되는 레이저비임을 대물렌즈(54)를 통해 상기 광자기 디스크(D)상에 조사되도록 반사하는 반사면(52), 상기 광자기 디스크(D)에서 반사되는 반사광을 조정된 편광율로 반사시키고 그 조정된 편광율로 반사된 편광성분을 수광소자측으로 입사되도록 하는 PBS블럭(56), 상기 PBS블럭(56)에서 조정된 편광율로 반사되는 편광성분을 반사시키는 반사막코팅막(60), 상기 편광성분을 수광하는 수광소자(64)를 갖추어 구성된 것이다.

Claims (3)
- 자기적 성질과 광학적 성질을 이용하여 자기헤드에 의해 기록된 광자기 디스크(D)상의 정보를 재생하는 광픽업헤드를 갖춘 광자기디스크재생시스템에 있어서, 상기 광픽업헤드는 상기 광자기 디스크(D)의 표면에 조사되는 레이저비임을 발생하는 레이저광원(50)과, 상기 레이저광원(50)에서 발생되는 레이저비임을 대물렌즈(54)를 통해 상기 광자기 디스크(D)상에 조사되도록 반사하는 반사면(52), 상기 광자기 디스크(D)에서 반사되는 반사광을 조정된 편광율로 반사시키고 그 조정된 편광율을 반사된 편광성분을 수광소자측으로 입사되도록 하는 PBS블럭(56), 상기 PBS(56)에서 조정된 편광율로 반사되는 편광성분을 반사시키는 반사막코팅막(60), 상기 편광성분을 수광하는 수광소자(64)를 갖추어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크재생시스템의 광픽업헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 PBS블럭(56)은 복수의 편광층이 도포되어 편광율이 조정되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크재생시스템의 광픽업헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사면(52)에서 반사되는 초기의 레이저비임을 수광하여 레이저광원의 발진파장을 검출하는 모니터링 수광소자(66)가 더 구비되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크재생시스템의 광픽업헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
