Abstract

임의로 입체형으로 형성되고 투명한 재료(5)에 끼워넣어지며 한 물체(6;10)에 단단히 고정되는 마크(2)의 결합 구조 패턴을 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 방향들로부터 측정하기 위한 장치. 방사원들(14;14a;14b,14c)은 방사선 검출기들(20)의 매트리스(18)에 방사선(16;16a,16b)을 방출하도록 설계된다. 상기 또는 각각의 방사선원에 의해서 방사선 검출기들의 매트리스로 상기 마크의 실루엣을 투사하기 위한 상기 방사선(16;16a,16b) 로 에 상기 마크(2)로 상기 물체(6;10)를 위치시키기 위한 수단이 제공된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 임의로 입체형으로 형성되고 투명한 재료(5)에 끼워넣어지며 한 물체(6;10)에 단단히 고정되는 마크(2)의 결합 구조 패턴을 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 방향으로부터 측정하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 방사선 검출기들(20)의 매트릭스(18)에 방사선(16;16a,16b)를 방출하도록 설계되는 적어도 하나의 방사선원(14;14a,14b;14c)을 구비하고, 상기 방사선로에 상기 마크(2)를 갖는 상기 물체(6;10)를 위치하기 위한 수단이 제공되며 상기 마크의 실루엣이 상기 또는 각각의 방사선원에 의해서 방사선 검출기들의 매트릭스에 투사됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 다른 방향들로부터 방사선 검출기들(20)이 상기 매트릭스(18)로 방사선을 방출하도록 설계된 적어도 두개의 방사선원들(14a,14b)를 구비함을 상기 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방사선원들(14;14a,14b;14c)에 의해서 방출된 상기 방사선 파장들이 서로서로 다름을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방사선 검출기에 비례하여 상기 방사선원(14)의 위치를 변화하기 위한 수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방사선원 (14)로부터 상기 마크(2)를 거쳐서 상기 방사선검출기들(20)으로 나오는 상기 방사선(16;16a,16b)를 반사하기 위한 하나 또는 그 이상의 거울들 또는 프리즘들(26,28,30)을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방사선원(14;14a,14b;14c)이 상기 근접 적외선에 파장을 가지고 방사선(16;16,16b)을 방출하도록 설계됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 방사선의 파장이 800-1000㎚이고 바람직하게는 950㎚임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방사선원(14;14a,14b;14c)이 방사선 방출 다이오드임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마크(2)와 상기 방사선 검출기(20)사이의 거리가 3㎚미만이고, 바람직하게는 1㎚미만임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방사선원(14;14a,14b;14c)과상기 마크(2) 사이의 거리가 적어도 대략 상기 마크(2)와 상기 방사선 검출기(20)사이의 거리와 동일함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방사선 검출기(20)이 전하 결합 디바이스(CCD)의 일부분을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방사선원(14c)으로부터 상기 마크(2)의 위치로 상기 방사선을 처리하기 위해 고체형 재료로 구성된 방사선 전도체(32)라 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제1항 내지 12항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마크(2)로부터 상기 방사선 검출기(20)로 상기 방사선을 처리하기 위해 고체형 재료로 구성된 방사선 전도체(34)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  14. 제1항 내지 13항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 많은 임의로 중첩된 섬유들로 구성되는 마크(2)로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
