Abstract

본 발명은 실온이 낮을 때 발생되는 분젠식 팬히터의 버너불꽃의 비화(ligting)나 역화(flash back) 등을 배제시켜 연소상태를 최적으로 하여주는 분젠식 팬히터의 불꽃조절 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 전자펌프를 통해 투입된 연료를 기화시키는 기화기; 상기 기화기를 가열하여 온도를 상승시켜 주는 전열히터; 상기 기화기의 온도를 감지하는 온도감지소자; 및 실온을 감지하는 온도감지소자를 포함하는 분젠식 팬히터의 제어방법으로서, 연소중 실내온도를 검출하여 그 온도가 일정 온도 이하이면 현재의 운전상태가「강」연소인가를 판단하는 과정과, 상기 과정에서 현재의 운전상태가 「강」연소일 경우,기화기의 온도를 일정온도 상승시켜 유지하는 과정과, 연소중 실내온도를 검출하여 그 온도가 일정온도 이상이면 현재의 운전상태가 「약」연소인가를 판단하는 과정과, 전 과정에서 현재의 운전상태가 「약」연소일 경우,기화기의 온도를 일정온도 하강시켜 유지하는 과정을 포함하여 된 특징이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 전자펌프(EP)를 통해 투입된 연료를 기화시키는 기화기(KI); 상기 기화기(KI)를 가열하여 온도를 상승시켜 주는 전열히커(HTR); 상기 기화기(KI)의 온도를 감지하는 온도감지소자(TH2); 및 실온을 감지하는 온도감지소자(TH1)를 포함하는 분젠식 팬히터의 제어방법으로써, 연소중 실내온도를 검출하여 그 온도가 일정온도 이하이면 현재의 운전상태가 「강」연소인가를 판단하는 과정과; 상기 과정에서 현재의 운전상태가 「강」연소일 경우, 기화기(KI)의 온도를 일정온도 상승시켜 유지하는 과정과; 연소중 실내온도를 검출하여 그 온도가 일정온도 이상이면 현재의 운전상태가 「약」연소인가를 판단하는 과정과; 및 전 과정에서 현재의 운전상태가 「약」연소일 경우,기화기(KI)의 온도를 일정온도 하강시켜 유지하는 과정을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 분젠식 팬히터의 불꽃조절 제어방법.
