본 발명은 케이지(1)의 내고속성향상을 목적으로 한다. 케이지(1)의 안내면(1c1)은 단면에 원호형상이고, 그 내경(D1)(=기둥부(1c)의 내경), 외경(D2) (=기둥부(1c)의 외경)은 로울러(4)의 피치원지름(PCD), 로울러지름(Dw)에 대하여, D1=PCD-{2×(0.35∼0.28)×Dw}D2=PCD+{2×(0.20∼0.15)×Dw}으로 되게 하는 칫수로 설정되어 있다.

제1도는 실시예에 관한 케이지를 사용한 로울러베어링을 표시하는 단면도, 제2도는 제1도에 있어서의 케이지의 바깥지름쪽에서 부분평면도, 제3도는 제1도에 있어서의 케이지의 X-X 단면도, 제4도는 케이지가 제3도에 표시하는 상태에서 Y방향으로 상대이동했을 때의 상태를 표시하는 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 로울러(4)를 구를 수 있게 수용하는 복수의 포킷(1a)이 원주 등간격으로 형성되고, 포킷(1a)의 축방향 양측이 고리형상부(1b), 원주방향 양측이 포킷(1a) 사이를 구분하는 기둥부를 이루며, 또한 기둥부(1c)의 측벽에 로울러의 전동면으로 접촉안내되는 안내면(1c1)을 보유하는 것으로서, 상기한 안내면(1c1)의 내경(D1)이 로울러(4)의 피치원지름(PCD) 및 로울러지름(Dw)에 대하여, D1=PCD-{2×(0.35∼ 0.28)×Dw}인 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러베어링용 케이지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 안내면(1c1)의 내경부의 축방향길이가 로울러(4)의 전동면(4a)의 축방향길이와 동등 이상이고, 또한, 상기한 고리형상부(1b)의 내경이 상기한 안내면(1c1)의 내경(D1)보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러베어링용 케이지.
