Abstract

본 발명은 피혁지의 날염 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 정교한 무늬의 표현이 가능하고, 날염 후에도 부드러운 촉감을 유지하고, 일광견뢰도 및 마찰견뢰도가 우수하며, 또한 날염시 폐수가 발생하지 아니하는 피혁지의 날염방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 탄닝된 피혁지에 지방산 알콜과 아민염을 처리한 후 흡윤제에 침비시켜 결합시킨 다음, 하기 구조식 Ⅰ)과 같은 구조를 가지는 경화제를 처리하여 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 탄닝된 피혁지에 지방산 알콜과 아민염을 처리한 후 흡윤제에 침지시켜 결합시킨 다음, 하기 구조식 Ⅰ)과 같은 구조를 가지는 경화제를 처리하여 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 피혁지의 날염방법.

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 흡윤제 침지 80℃이하의 온도에서 건조시키든가(wet on dry), 또는 진공탈수기로 탈수(wet on wet) 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 피혁지의 날염방법.
  3. 제1항의 피혁지에 그라비아 인쇄기 또는 평판인쇄기를 사용하여 연속형 압축기 또는 평판형 압축기로 압축시켜 전사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 피혁지의 날염방지.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 연속형 압축기를 사용학 경우, 가영온도 100-300℃, 가영시간5-30초, 가열압력 150-300gr/㎠의 조건으로 전사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 피혁지의 날염방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 평판형 압축기를 사용할 경우, 가열온도 80-280℃, 가열시간 15-40초, 가열압력 150-300gr/㎠의 조건으로 전사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 피혁지의 날염방법.
