A process of continuously transfer printing cellulose fabric by wet cold calendering, which comprises: (a) printing an ink, which contains dye, binder, solvent, processing aid, on the plastic film which has been corona-treated; (b) processing the cellulose fabric or its mixed fabric with alkaline treatment by, prior to the transfer printing, immersing the cellulose fabric or its mixed fabric into an alkaline aqueous solution followed by pressing the fabric to remove excessive water so that the moisture content in the fabric is 30-60%; (c) under the condition without heating, transfer printing the printed surface with the fabric which has been controlled at appropriate moisture content by a pressure roll.
