Abstract

바다침된 위사(16)가 통과하는 궤적과 대면해서 설치된 광전센서를 보유한다. 광전센서로부터 얻어진 신호의 변화율을 검출하는 신호변화율 검출수단(34)과 , 신호변화율 검출수단(34)에 의해 얻어진 신호 중, 광전센서검지부(21)로부터 위사(16)가 빠져나갈때에 신호변화율 검출수단(34)에 의해 얻어지는 신호의 값을, 소정의 기준치와 비교해서, 기준치 이상이면 정상으로 위입이 이루어진 것으로 판정하는 위입성부의 찬정신호를 출력하는 비교수단(36)을 설치한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 바디침된 위사(16)가 통과하는 궤적과 대면해서 설치된 광전센서와, 상기 광전센서로부터 얻어진 신호의 변화율을 검출하는 신호변화율 검출수단과, 이 신호변화율 검출수단에 의해 얻어진 신호 중, 상기 광전센서의 검지부(21)로부터 상기 위사가 빠져나갈때 얻어지는 신호의 값을, 소정의 기준치와 비교해서 위임성부(成否)의 판정신호를 출력하는 비교수단을 설치한 물분사식 직기의 위사검지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호변화율 검출수단으로부터의 신호 중, 상기 광전센서의 검지부(21)로부터 상기 위사가 빠져나올때 얻어지는 신호를 적분하는 적분수단을 설치하고, 상기 비교수단이 적분수단에 의해 얻어진 신호의 값을 소정의 기준치와 비교해서 위입성부의 판정신호를 출력하는 불분사식 직기의 위사검지장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 신호변화율 검출수단과 상기 적분기의 사이에는 상기 광전센서의 검지부(21)로부터 상기 위사가 빠져나올 때 얻어진 신호와 같은 플러스 또는 마이너스 부호의 신호를 통과시켜, 역의 신호를 제거하는 신호선별수단이 설치되어 있는 불분사식 직기의 위사검지장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광전센서는 발광소자(23)와 수광소자(25)로 이루어지고, 상기 검지부(21)는 각 광화이버(22),(24)의 일단면이 위사통과궤적에 대면해서 형성되고, 각 광화이버의 타단부에는 각각 발광소자와 수광소자가 배치되어 있는 물분사식 직기의 위사검출장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발광소자(23)는 발광다이오드이고, 상기 수광소자925)는 포토다이오드이며, 상기 각 광화이버(22),(24)의 일단면이 지지부재의 슬릿(18)에 서로 대면해서 배치되고, 각 광화이버의 타단부에는 상기 발광다이오드와 포토다이오드가 배치되어 있는 물분사식 직기의 위사검지장치.
