Abstract
본 발명은 특히 연속적이고 통원의 복막 투석에 사용될 수 있는 낮은 다분자성 인덱스의 전분 가수분해물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
이 방법은 실제로 왁스상 전분 밀크의 산 및 효소 가수분해 및 그후 얻어진 가수분해물의 거시공 강양이온성 수지에서 크로마토 그래피로 구성된다. 전분 가수분해물은 실제로 2.8 이하의 다분자성 인덱스, 5,000-22, 5000 달톤의 중량-평균 분자량 및 8,000 달톤 이하의 수-평균 분자량을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명에서 사용되는 PUROLITE사에 의해 시판된 C 150거시공 강양이온성 수지로서 충전된, 각각 200리터의 8개 컬럼 또는 단계 C1-C8로 이루어진 연속적인 크로마토그래피 장치의 개략도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시된 개략도의 상세도.
Claims (7)
- D.E. 8-15 이하로 왁스상 전분 밀크의 산 가수분해; 임의로 박테리아 알파-아밀라제를 이용하여 D.E. 11-18 이하로 이와 같이 얻어진 산 가수분해물의 효소 가수분해; 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리-토금속 형태로 거시공 강양이온성 수지에서 이와 같이 얻어진 가수분해물의 크로마토그래피; 이 크로마토그래피 단계 중에 배제된 전분 가수분해물의 수집으로 구성된 것이 특징인, 낮은 다분자성 인덱스의 전분 가수분해물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 낮은 다분자성 인덱스의 전분 가수분해물의 중량 수율이 크로마토그래피 단계에서 사용된 가수분해물의 10-80%인 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 크로마토그래피를 칼륨 형태의 수지에서 수행하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제1-3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배제된 전분 가수분해물을 촉매 수소화 또는 환원 단부를 트레할로스로 변형하는 효소 이성체화로 구성된 열 안정화 단계에 수행하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 왁스상 전분 가수분해물이 2.8 이하 및 바람직하게는 2.5 이하의 다분자성 인덱스, 8,000-22,500 달톤 및 바람직하게는 12,000-20,000달톤의 중량-평균 분자량 Mw 및 8,000달톤 이하의 수-평균 분자량 Mn을 가지는 것이 특징인, 임의로 수소화 또는 이성체화된, 완전 가용성 및 낮은 다분자성 인덱스의 왁스상 전분 가수분해물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 글루코스와 3 이하 또는 이와 동일한 D.P.의 글루코스 폴리머의 3% 이하, 및 600 이상의 D.P.의 글루코스 폴리머 0.5% 이하를 함유하는 것이 특징인 전분 가수분해물.
- 연속적이고 통원의 복막 투석에 사용될 침투제를 얻기 위하여 제5또는 6항에 따른 낮은 다분자성 인덱스의 전분 가수분해물의 적용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
