Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(I)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 및 농업상 유용한 그의 염, 및 일반식(I)의 화합물과 C1-C10-카르복실산 또는 무기산과의 에스테르에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서 A는 C1-C6-알킬렌이고, R1은 추가로 융합 고리를 함유할 수 있는 치환 페닐 또는 헤타릴이고, R2-R5는 각각 수소 또는 C1-C4-알킬이고,R6은 수소, C1-C4-알킬 또는 C1-C4-알콕시카르보닐이고, R7은 C1-C4-알킬이되, 단 R1은 모노-또는 디할로페닐이 아니다. 본 발명에 따른 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 (I)은 제초제 및 식물 성장 조절제로 적합하다.

Claims (8)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 및 농업상 유용한 그의 염, 및 일반식(I)의 화합물과 C1-C10-카르복실산 또는 무기산과의 에스테르.
    상기 식에서 A는 C1-C6-알킬렌이고, R1은 각각 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, -N=N-Ph, S(O)mR8, (C1-C4-알콕시)카르보닐, -SO2-N(R9)R10, -N(R9)-COR10-N(R9)-SO2R11,C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알킬 및 C1-C4-하로알콕시로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1내지 4개의 치환기(여기서, 마지막에 언급한 4개는 기는 1또는 2개의 C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오 및 (또는) 시아노 치환기를 함유할 수 있음)를 함유하고, 고리의 두 인접한 탄소 원자가 -C(R12)=C(R13)-C(R14)=C(R15)-,-X-C(R12)=N-,-X-N=C(R12)-,-C(R12)=N-C(R14,R15)-X-,-C(R12)=N-C(R13,R14)-,-X-C(R12)=C(R13)-X-(CR12)=C(R14,R15_-,-X-C-(R12,R13)-C(R14,R15)-,-C(R12,R13)-X-C(R14,R15)-,-X-C(R12,R13)-Y-,-X-C(R12,R13)-C(R14,R15)-Y-,-X-C(R12,R13)-C(R14,R15)-C(R16,R17)-,-C(R12,R13)-C(R14,R15)-C(R16,R17)-,-X-N(R20)-X-,-S-N(R20)-X-,-C(R12,R13)-N(R20)-X-,-X-N(R20)-Y-N(R21)-또는 -N(R20)-X-N=C(R12) 사슬을 통하여 가교화될 수 있는 페닐 고리 또는 5원 또는 6원 헤탈릴 고리 [여기서 X및 Y는 서로 독립적으로 각각 산소, 황,-SO-, -SO2-, -CO-,C(R9,R19)-또는 NR20이고 -R12내지 R19는 각각 수소, 할로겐, 히드록신,C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오, C1-C4-알킬아미노, 디(C1-C4-알킬)아미노 또는 페닐이고, R20및 R21을 각각 수소 C1-C4-알콕시, (C1-C4-알킬)알카르보닐, 페닐 또는 벤조일이고, Ph는 미치환이거나, 필요한 경우, 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로,-S(O)nR22,(C1-C4-알콕시)카르보닐-SO23)R24, -N(R23)R24, -N(R23)-COR24, -N(R23)-SO2R25C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알킬 및 C1-C4-할로알콕시(여기서, 마지막에 언급한 4개의 기는 1또는 2개의 C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오 및(또는) 시아노 치환기를 함유할 수 있음)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택한 1내지 3개의 치환기를 가질수 있는 페닐기이고, m 및 n은 각각 0,1 또는 2이고 R8및R22는 서로 독립적으로 각각 1또는 2개의 C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오 및(또는) 시아노기를 함유할 수 있는 C1-C4-알킬 또는 C1-C4-할로알킬이고, R9,R10,R24및 R24는 서로 독립적으로 각각 수소, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬, 페닐, 또는 할로겐, C1-C4-알킬 및 C1-C4-알콕시로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1내지 3개의 기를 함유하는 페닐이고, R11및 R25는 서로 독립적으로 각각 1또는 2개의 시아노, 페닐 및 (또는) 벤질기를 함유할 수 있는 C1~C4;알킬 또는 C1-C4-할로알킬임]이고 R2,R3,R4,R5는 서로 독립적으로 각각 수소 또는 C1-C4-알킬이고 R6은 수소 C1-C4-알킬또는 C1-C4-알콕시)카르보닐이고, R7은 C1-C4-알킬이되 R1은 모노-또는 디할로페닐이 아니다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 페닐 또는 헤타릴 고리 R1상의 적어도 1개의 치환기가 -N=N-Ph, -S(O)mR8,, (C1-C4-알콕시)카르보닐, -N(R9)-SO2R11, -SO2NR9R10, -N(R9-COR10또는 C1-C4-할로알킬인 일반식(I)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온.
  3. 제초량의 제1항에 따른 1종 이상의 일반식(I)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 또는 그의 화합물의 농업상 유용한 염 또는 에스테르, 및 1종 이상의 불활성 액상 또는 고상 담체, 및 필요할 경우 1종 이상의 보조제를 함유하는 제초제.
  4. 제초량의 제1항에 따른 1종 이상의 일반식(I)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 또는 그의 화합물의 염 또는 에스테르, 및 1종 이상의 불활성 액상 또는 고상 담체, 및 필요할 경우 1종 이상의 보조제를 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로하는 제초제 제조 방법.
  5. 제초량의 제1항에 따른 1종 이상의 일반식(I)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 또는 그의 화합물의 농업상 유용한 염 또는 에스테르를 식물 또는 이들의 서식지 또는 종자에 작용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 바람직하지 않은 식물 성장을 억제 하는 방법.
  6. 식물 성장 조절에 충분한 양의 제1항에 따른 1종 이상의 일반식(I)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 또는 그의 화합물의 염 또는 에스테르, 및 불활성 담체를 함유하는 식물 성장 조절제.
  7. 식물 성장 조절에 충분한 양의 제1항에 따른 1종 이상의 일반식(I)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 또는 그의 화합물의 염 또는 에스테르, 및 1종 이상의 불활성 액상 또는 고상 담체, 및 필요할 경우 1종 이상의 보조제를 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물 성장 조절제의 제조 방법.
  8. 식물 성장 조절에 충분한 양의 제1항에 따른 1종 이상의 일반식(I)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 또는 그의 화합물의 농업상 유용한 염 또는 에스테르를 식물 또는 이들의 서식지 또는 이 식물들의 종자에 작용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물 성장 조절 방법.
