Abstract
본 발명은 Fe2O348.0 내지 50.0mol% Nio 14.0 내지 24.0mol% 및 ZnO 28.0 내지 36.0mol%를 포함하고, 불순물로서의 인(P)이 50ppm 이하이며 50KHz 및 50mT에서의 최소 코어 손실이 30kw/m3이고, 결정 구조에서 P의 응리율이 면적당 1% 이하인 니켈 페라이트 소결체에 관한 것이다. 니켈 페라이트 소결체는 바람직하게는 평균 결정 크레인(grain) 크기가 3 내지 30㎛이고, 평균 결정 그레인 크기보다 2배가 큰 결정 크레인 입자의 비율이, 결정 구조의 결정 그레인 입자의 총수를 기준으로 하여, 바람직하게는 10% 이하이다.

제1도는 인(P)의 분리율이 작은 샘플 No.41을 나타내는 개략도이고; 제2도는 P의 분리율이 큰 샘플 No.41을 나타내는 개략도이며; 제3도는 본 발명에 따르는 각종 니켈 페라이트 소결체(sintered body)의 코어(core)에 대한 ZnO함량과 코어 손실이 최소가 될 수 있는 온도와의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이고; 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 각종 니켈 페라이트 소결체의 코어에 있어서 온도에 따르는 코어 손실 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (9)
- Fe2O348.0 내지 50.0mol% 포함하고 50KHz 및 50mT에서의 최소 코어 손실이 30kw/m3이하인 니켈 페라이트 소결체.
- Fe2O348.0 내지 50.0mol% 포함하고 결정구조에서 인(P)의 응리율이 면적당 1% 이하인 니켈 페라이트 소결체.
- Fe2O348.0 내지 50.0mol% 포함하고 P를 20ppm 이하 함유하며 평균 그레인(grain) 크기가 3 내지 30㎛인 니켈 페라이트 소결체.
- ZnO를 28.0 내지 36.0mol% 포함하고 20 내지 140℃의 온도에서 수득되는 최소 코어 손실이 50KHz 및 50mT에서 30kw/m3이하인 니켈 페라이트 소결체.
- Fe2O348.0 내지 50.0mol%, NiO 14.0 내지 24.0mol% 및 ZnO를 28.0 내지 36.0mol% 포함하고 50KHz 및 50mT에서의 최소 코어 손실이 30kw/m3이하인 니켈 페라이트 소결체.
- NiO 12mol% 이하(0mol%는 제외)가 동량의 CuO로 대체된 니켈 페라이트 소결체.
- 7ppm 이하의 P를 함유하고, 결정 구조에서 P의 응리율이 면적당 1% 이하이며 50KHz 및 50mT에서의 최소 코어 손실이 30kw/m3이하인 니켈 페라이트 소결체.
- 평균 결정 그레인 크기가 3 내지 30㎛이고, 평균 결정 그레인 크기보다 2배가 큰 결정 그레인 입자의 비율이, 결정 구조의 결정 그레인 입자의 총수를 기준으로 하여, 10%이하이고 50KHz 및 50mT에서의 최소 코어 손실이 30kw/m3이하인 니켈 페라이트 소결체.
