Abstract

본 발명은 콘크리트 바닥표면을 보강하는 공법으로 콘크리트 바닥위에 시켄트에 안료, 반산화상태인 철(Fe3,O4)의 단섬유 및 입자 에폭시수지를 배합한 금속보강 몰탈 조성물을 시공후 양생이나 경화되기 전에 에폭시수지를 도포하므로서 콘크리트 바닥표면의 물성을 보강시킨 콘크리트 바닥표면의 처리공법에 관한 것임.

Claims (2)

  1. 콘크리트 바닥표면을 보강하는 공법에 있어서, 콘크리트 바닥위에 시멘트에 안료, 반산화상태인 철(Fe3,O4)의 단섬유 및 입자 에폭시수지를 배합한 금속보강제인 몰탈을 시공후 24시간 경과한 습윤 상태에서 즉시 에폭시수지를 1회 도포함을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 바닥표면 처리공법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 금속보강제인 몰탈의 조성비가 시멘트 35%, 반산화상태인 철(Fe3,O4)의 단섬유 30%, 반산화상태인 철(Fe3,O4)의 입자 22%, 안료 3%, 에폭시수지 10%의 수용액임을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 바닥표면 처리공법.
