Abstract

기동모터의 전동력을 이용하여 유압으로 차량을 조향하는 전동식 유압 조향장치는 초기 시동시 엔진을 구동하며 시동후에는 오일펌프를 작동하는 유압펌프겸용 시동모터와, 시동모터에서 발생된 오일의 압력을 하상 일정하게 유지하는 어큐뮬레이터와, 어큐뮬레이터에서 전달된 오일을 조향 휠의 회전에 따라 선택적으로 조향장치의 동력실린더에 공급하는 유압밸브와, 유압밸브 및 시동모터에 연결된 오일저장탱크와, 각종 센서로부터 전달되는 입력신호를 바탕으로 엔진의 작동상태에 따라 기동모터를 제어하는 제어기로 구성된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 초기 시동시 엔진을 구동하며 시동후에는 오일펌프를 작동하는 유압펌프겸용 시동모터와, 상기 시동모터에서 발생된 오일의 압력을 항상 일정하게 유지하는 어큐뮬레이터와, 상기 어큐뮬레이터에서 전달된 오일을 조향 휠의 회전에 따라 선택적으로 조향장치의 동력실린더에 공급하는 유압 밸브와, 상기 유압밸브 및 시동모터에 연결된 오일저장탱크와, 각종 센서로부터 전달되는 입력신호를 바탕으로 엔진의 작동상태에 따라 상기 기동모터를 제어하는 제어기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 유압 조향장치.
