Abstract

본 발명은 에어 백이 관통하여 전개하도록 자동차의 내장 구조물에 개구부를 제공하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 장치는 덮개와, 그 아래에 있는 에어백 전개 개구부의 존재를 느낄 수 있는 시각적 느낌 및/또는 촉감을 최소화하며, 덮개가 열릴때 파편이 승객측 객실로 파열되거나 돌출하지 않도록 한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 에어 백 전개 개구부 장치가 합체된 자동차 내부의 부분 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명의 실시예를 도시한 도면으로 제1도의 A-A선을 따라 대략 취해 화살표 방향으로 바라본 부분 확대 단면도, 제3도는 덮개가 열려 있는 제2도의 자동차 내부의 부분 사시도, 제4도는 본 발명의 제2실시예를 도시한 도면으로, 제2도와 유사한 부분 단면도, 제5도는 본 발명의 제3실시예를 도시한 도면으로, 제2도와 유사한 부분 단면도, 제6도는 본 발명의 제4실시예를 도시한 도면으로, 제2도와 유사한 부분 단면도, 제7도는 본 발명의 제5실시예를 도시한 도면으로, 제2도와 유사한 부분 단면도, 제8도는 덮개가 열려 있고 개국부가 열리면서 에어 백이 그 개구부를 통해 팽창하는 제7도의 실시예를 도시한 도면으로 제7도와 유사한 부분 단면도, 제9도는 덮개가 열려 있는 제7도 및 제8도의 자동차 내부의 부분 사시도.

Claims (13)

  1. 기부와, 그 기부위에 적어도 부분적으로 놓이는 발포재 부분을 포함하는 자동차의 내장 구조물에 에어백이 관통하여 전개하는 개구부를 제공하는 장치에 있어서, 기부를 포함하며, 에어백이 전개하기 전에 상기 개구부에 덮개를 제공하는 적어도 하나의 도어 패널과; 장식용 구조물의 발포재 부분과 상기 도어 기부위로 매끄럽게 놓이며, 상기 도어 기부에 고정되는 피층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도어 패널 기분 상기 내장 구조물 기부와 연속되고 그 외주 둘레로 파열선을 갖도록 사출 성형 공정에 의해 형성되며, 상기 파열선은 에어백이 전개할 시 그 영향하에 적절히 파열되어 상기 개구부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도어 패널 기부는 상기 에어백에 인접한 측부를 포함하며, 상기 파열선은 상기 도어 패널 기부의 측부에 인접한 상기 에어 백에 홈으로 형성되며, 상기 홈은 사출 성형 공정 동안에 기부내에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도어 패널 기부는 상기 내장 구조물 기부와 연속되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피층은 상기 개구부의 윤곽을 나타내는 파열 가능한 접합선을 포함하며, 상기 파열 가능한 접합선은 상기 도어 기부에 인접한 상기 피층면에 일체로 형성된 홈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도어 패널은 자동차에 사슬로 메어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 기부와, 그 기부위에 적어도 부분적으로 놓이는 발포재 부분을 포함하는 자동차의 내장 구조물에 에어백이 관통하여 전개하는 개구부를 제공하는 장치에 있어서, 기부를 포함하며, 에어 백이 전개하기 전에 상기 에어백 전개 개구부에 덮개를 제공하는 적어도 하나의 도어 패널과; 상기 내장 구조물과 상기 도어 패널위에 매끄럽게 놓여 있으며, 상기 내장 구조물 발포재 부분과 상기 도어 패널에 인접한 측부를 구비하며, 상기 도어 패널의 외주에 인접한 상기 인접 측부로 부터 연장되는 적어도 하나의 일체형 플랜지를 포함하는 피층을 구비하며, 상기 플랜지는 내장 기부에 결합되어 있고 상기 도어 패널 기부상에 사출된 상기 내장 구조물이 통과하는 것을 방지하며, 상기 내장 구조물 발포재 부분은 상기 피층과 내장 구조물 기부 사이에 사출 성형된 발포재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 피층과 상기 도어 패널 기부는 접착재에 의해 함께 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도어 패널은 상기 도어 패널 기부의 적어도 하나의 성분과 위에 놓인 상기 피층 사이에 삽입된 발포재 부분을 부가적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 도어 패널 발포재 부분은 상기 도어 패널 기부와 위에 놓인 상기 피층 사이에서 사출 형성된 발포재에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 도어 패널 발포재 부분은 상기 도어 패널 기부와 위에 놓인 상기 피층 사이에 미리 절단한 발포재의 일부를 삽입함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 피층은 상기 에어 백 전개 개구부의 윤곽을 나타내는 파열 가능한 접합선을 포함하며, 상기 파열 가능한 접합선은 상기 도어 기부에 인접한 위에 놓인 상기 피층의 표면에 일체로 형성된 홈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 기부와, 그 기부위에 적어도 부분적으로 놓이는 발포재 부분을 포함하는 자동차의 내장 구조물에 에어백이 관통하여 전개하는 개구부를 제공하는 장치에 있어서, 에어 백이 전개하기 전에 상기 에어백 전개 개구부에 덮개를 제공하며, 기부와, 상기 도어 패널 기부위로 적어도 부분적으로 놓이는 발포재 층부분을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 도어 패널과; 내장 구조물 발포재 부분과 상기 도어 패널 발포재층 부분위에 매끄럽게 놓이고, 상기 도어 패널의 적어도 제2측부와 제3측부에서 상기 도어 패널 기부에 부착되는 피층을 구비하며, 상기 도어 패널, 상기 도어 패널 발포재층 부분, 및 상기 도어 패널 기부는 각각 적으도 제1측부, 제2측부 및 제3측부를 구비하며, 상기 도어 패널 발포재층 부분의 제1측부는 상기 내장 구조물 발포재 부분과 연속되며, 상기 도어 패널 기부의 적어도 제2측부 및 제3측부는 내장 구조물 기부와 연속되지 않으며, 상기 도어 패널 발포재 층 부분의 적어도 제2측부 및 제3측부는 상기 내장 구조물 발포재 부분과 연속되지 않으며, 상기 도어 패널의 제1측부는 상기 도어 패널이 힌지 개방되어 상기 에어백 전개용 개구부를 형성하도록 힌지부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
