Abstract

본 발명은 중심에 위치한 유출구와 중심밖에 위치한 유입구가 알루미늄 켄니스터에 용접되어 있는 알루미늄 헤드로 만들어진 하우징을 지닌 유체냉매용 리시버/드라이어에 관한 것이다. 헤더 부조립 부품에는 헤더유출구에 부착된 유출관이 형성되어 있다. 다공의 바닥을 지닌 바스켓에는 건조재가 충만되어 있고, 개방단이 헤더에 부착되어 있고, 유출관이 바스캣의 바닥의 구멍에서 종단된다. 필터재료의 층이 바스캣의 다층 바닥에 인접배치되어 있고, 헤더의 내면이 유입구와 헤더의 홈이 있는 면에 인접 배치된 필터재료의 또 다른 층을 상호 연결하는 다수의 편심홈을 지닌다. 그리고 이들 홈은 유입구에 오염물질이 축적되는 경우 필터 위로 흐르게 한다.
바스캣이 헤더를 알루미늄 캔니스터내 용접하기 전에 헤더부 조립부품을 완료하기 위해 헤더에 부착되어 있다.

Claims (17)

  1. (가) 일단 구멍을 지니 캔니스터와；(나) 헤더 부조립체를 구비하며；이 조립체는 (ⅰ) 헤더부재를 통해 다수의 공간을 둔 유체구를 지니며, 하나 이상의 리셋스 또는 홈이 상기 헤더부재의 공통측에서 상기 유체구중 하나와 상호 연결되어 있으며；(ⅱ) 건조 바스캣의 개방단은 상기 헤더에 부착되어 있고, (ⅲ) 필터수단이 상기 헤더부재의 상기 다공단과 상기 홈측에 인접 배치되어 있고；(ⅳ) 건조재가 상기 바스캣에 배치되어 있으며；(ⅴ) 신장유출관은 또 다른 상기 헤더 포트에 고정된 일단과, 상기 건조재와 상기 바스캣의 상기 다공 폐쇄단을 통과하는 타단을 지니며；로 구성되어 있고, (다) 또한, 상기 캔니스터의 상기 개방단에 부착된 상기 헤더부재를 구비한 액체냉매용 리시버/드라이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캔니스터는 용접에 의해 상기 헤더부재에 고정된 리시버/드라이어.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유출관이 상기 헤더부재와 바스캣 중심에 위치한 액체냉매용 리시버/드라이어.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 홈은 한쌍의 편심홈과 상호 연결홈을 포함하는 액체냉매용 리시버/드라이어.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터재료는 섬유유리목재를 포함하는 액체냉매용 리시버/드라이어.
  6. (가) 캔니스터가 하나의 단 구멍을 지니며；(나) 헤더를 통해 유입구와 유출구가 공간을 두고 있고, 상기 캔니스터의 개방단 주위에 고정 밀봉되어 있으며, 상기 캔니스터 안의 상기 헤더측이 하나 이상의 홈 또는 리셋스를 형성하며, 상기 홈은 상기 유입 유체구를 서로 교차하고；(다) 필터재층이 상기 유입구와 상기 홈위에 배치되어 있고；(라) 건조재가 필터 재배층에 인접한 캔니스터에 배치된 유체냉매용 리시버/드라이어.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 건조재는 상기 헤더에 부착된 바스캣에 수용된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 냉매용 리시버/드라이어.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 건조재는 과립형인 유체냉매용 리시버/드라이어.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 홈은 상호 연결홈과 더불어 다수의 편심홈을 포함하는 유체냉매용 리시버/드라이어.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유출구는 상기 헤더 중심에 위치한 유체냉매용 리시버/드라이어.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유출구에는 튜우브가 부착되어 있고, 상기 건조재를 통해 연장한 유체냉매용 리시버/드라이어.
  12. (가) 헤더를 통해 유입구와 유출구를 지니며, 하나 이상의 홈 또는 리세스가 상기 부재의 일측에 형성되어있고, 상기 유입구를 서로 교차하고；(나) 신장유출관이 상기 유출구에 부착되어 있고, 상기 헤더부재의 상기 일측으로부터 연장되어 있으며；(다) 바스캣의 저부가 다공되어있고, 구멍이 제공되어 있고, 바스캣에 건조재가 배치되어 있고, 바스캣의 개방단은 상기 일측의 상기 헤더에 부착되어 있고 상기 신장부가 상기 구멍을 통해 연장된 유체냉매 리시버/드라이어용 헤더 부조립 부품.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 바스캣에는 상기 다공바닥에 인접한 제1필터재층과 상기 헤더부재의 일측에 인접배치된 제2필터재층이 형성된 부조립 제품.
  14. (가) 헤더부재를 통해 유입구와 유출구가 제공하는 단계와；(나) 상기 유입구를 교차하도록 상기 부재의 일측을 글로빙 하는 단계와；(다) 유출관을 상기 유출구에 부착하는 단계와；(라) 개방 바스캣을 제공하고 상기 바스캣의 바닥을 다공하여 구멍을 형성하는 단계와；(마) 상기 바스캣에 건조재를 채우고, 상기 튜우브 위에 상기 구멍을 조립하고 상기 바스캣의 개방부를 상기 헤더 부재의 상기 일측 위에 부착하고 캔니스터를상기 바스캣 및 튜우브 위에 부착 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하는 유체냉매용 리시버/드라이어를 만드는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 건조재를 채우는 단계는 상기 다공바닥에 인접한 필터 재료층을 배치하는 단계와 상기 유입구상에 필터재료의 또 다른 층을 배치하는 단계와, 글로빙하는 단계를 포함하는 유체냉매용 리시버/드라이어를 만드는 방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 부착 및 밀봉단계는 용접단계를 포함하는 유체냉매용 리시버/드라이어를 만드는 방법.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 바스캣을 부착하는 단계는 상기 바스캣의 립을 크립핑하는 단계를 포함하는 유체냉매용 리시버/드라이어를 만드는 방법.
