Abstract

Description
本发明涉及在制冷和空调系统中循环的流体制冷剂的接收器/干燥器及其制作方法。本发明尤其是用于车辆乘客室的空调系统中及大批量生产的这种空调系统中。用于大批量生产的车辆空调系统中的接收器/干燥器,要求达到重量轻和成本低,使得象用于客车和轻型卡车的空调系统有很强的竞争性。
以前,大量生产的汽车空调系统用的接收器/干燥器制成金属罐之形状,该罐带有一个金属筒,里面装有粒状的干燥材料并由一个带孔的盖盖住。换句话说,干燥材料被预先包入袋中,但是,这已被证明在接收器/干燥器的装配过程中是易出故障的。
在制作接收器/干燥器过程中,粒状的干燥剂被装入金属筒中,为了与罐顶部或端盖上已确定的特有的接收器/干燥器的入口进行适当的连通,筒盖需要精确的定位以防止阻塞和减少液流通过接收器/干燥器。这个结构的后一种类型还需要金属筒和盖子都精确定位,而且也已被证明装配麻烦和增加生产成本。因此人们希望提供一种在大批量生产中低成本,轻重量和易装配的流动制冷剂的接收器/干燥器。
参照图3,其中标号10概要地示出了一个典型的现有技术的客车用空调系统的接收器/干燥器。顶盖12被焊接到罐13的上部末端,顶盖12上有一个入口通孔14和一个出口通孔16,其上有一加长管18连接入口通孔14并且从顶盖向下延伸。一个金属干燥剂筒20中装有粒状干燥材料22,并且管18向下延伸穿过其中;还有一渗滤材料层24覆盖干燥剂并被带孔的盖板26依次盖住。筒的上部边缘被弯折在顶盖的直径变小的部位30上以保持筒的所在位置。一个压气室或空间32在带孔的板或盖26上用以保证液流通过干燥材料。
US-5,289,697公开了一种具有类似上述结构的制冷剂的接收器/干燥器,但它仍未能很好地解决前述现有技术中所存在的问题。
本发明的目的 在于提供一种在大批量生产中成本低,重量轻并且易于装配的流动制冷剂的接收器/干燥器及其制作方法。
根据本发明的一个用于流动制冷剂的接收器/干燥器,它包括;
(a)具有一端开口的金属罐装置;
(b)一个顶盖组件,该组件包括:
(i)一个顶盖;
(ii)一个干燥剂筒,其具有一开口端连接于所说的顶盖上并带有穿孔的闭合端;
(iii)一个过滤装置;
(iv)干燥材料放在所说的干燥筒中;
(v)一个加长的出口管,其一端牢固连接到所述顶盖上的另一通孔上,另一端通过所述干燥剂和所述筒的所述带孔的闭合端;
(c)所说的顶盖连接于所述罐的所述开口端,
其特征在于,
所述顶盖具有若干隔开的液流通孔,所述顶盖上至少有一个凹口或槽并在所述顶盖的同一侧与所述的一个通孔连通;
所述过滤装置安置在邻近于所述干燥筒带有穿孔的闭合端和所述顶盖的所述开槽的一侧。
根据本发明的一种制作用于流动制冷剂用的接收器/干燥器的方法,包括:
(a)提供一个带入、出通孔的顶盖件;
(b)在所说的顶盖件一侧开槽连通于所说入口通孔;
(c)连接出口管于出口通孔上;
(d)提供一个开口的筒,在所述筒底部开设小孔,并且其上还加工出一孔;
用干燥剂装于所述筒中并将所述管配置于所述孔上,并且将所述筒的所述开口部分连接于所述顶盖的所述一侧上,将一金属罐连接并焊接密封于所说的筒和管外部。
具有独特结构形式的本发明的流体制冷剂的接收器/干燥器在入口被堵塞时,使液流通过干燥材料,而旦减少了另部件和降低了生产成本。本发明的接收器/干燥器使用了一个用在罐或是外壳上的盖或顶盖板,它带有一个入口通孔和一个出口通孔,并且一个加长管连接到出口通孔上并延伸到罐中。顶盖上的内表面上被开成几个与进口相连通的凹槽。一个底部带孔的金属筒有一开口末端连接到顶盖上,并装有干燥剂,一个渗滤材料层置于底部覆盖在带孔的板上,而另一个渗滤材料层置于干燥材料上并靠近于顶盖的开槽部分,罐被装配在组件顶盖上并被焊接固定。
图1是本发明接收器/干燥器装配剖视图。
图2是图1的2-2部分视图。
图3类似于图1的现有技术部分视图。
参照图1,图2其中标号50示出了本发明接收器/干燥器组件。它包括一个通常呈圆形的顶盖或板52,而且有一个被做成通孔的入口54,一个位于中心的出口53,最好也是制成通孔。出口53牢固地和一加长管的一端连接,最好是由扩口部相连,该扩口部分由图1中的标号58表示。
顶盖52的下表面上做成至少一个最好是一组在平面图中呈圆形的凹口或槽,如图2中标号60、62、64所示。参照图2,最内的槽64和相邻的中间槽62由一个径向的通道或槽66相连。
由图2可知外槽60和中间槽62贯穿入口54而且同时是连续接通的。
一个基本上如同杯子形状的圆筒形干燥剂筒68有一个其上开有小孔的闭合端或底,如图中标号70所示的孔和一个其中部开的乳72,筒内装有最好是粒状的干燥材料,如图中标号74所示。一个玻璃纤维渗滤材料层放置在邻近的筒的内表面穿孔70上。第二层渗滤材料78放置在干燥剂上,一个向下延伸的管56穿过筒上的孔72。
筒的上部末端装纳于顶盖的直径减小部分80上,而且筒的边缘被变形或弯曲在由参考数字80表示的直径减小的部分80上以确保筒连接于顶盖。过滤层78安放在槽60、62、64附近,液体入口54分布在过滤层78表面上方。这种排列可以使液流当在入口周围由于滤层表面的碎片和异物堵塞时,能大面积地连续流到渗滤材料上。
筒,过滤层,干燥剂和管56装配形成了一个带有顶盖的组件,当顶盖组件的完成后,一个外部金属罐82安放在顶盖组件上,其开口末端和顶盖上的第二个直径减小的部分84对齐。金属罐82的上部或开口末端被卡紧并由周边焊接密封在横断面81上。焊缝由图1参考数字86表示。顶盖,管56和外部金属罐82用铝制做,如有必要,筒也可以用铝制做。
本发明提供了一个独特的,新颖的低成本,轻重量的用于流动制冷剂的接收器/干燥器,本发明的结构提供了一个当在入口处被累积杂质堵塞时,能保证足够量的冷却剂流动。此结构用最少的部件和容易的装配完成了这一目的。
虽然,发明已根据具体的附图所示实施例作了描述,但是应该明白发明是可以变化和改变的,它将只由下面的权利要求加以限定。
Claims (8)
1.一个用于流动制冷剂的接收器/干燥器,它包括;
(a)具有一端开口的金属罐装置;
(b)一个顶盖组件,该组件包括:
(i)一个顶盖;
(ii)一个干燥剂筒,其具有一开口端连接于所说的顶盖上并带有穿孔的闭合端;
(iii)一个过滤装置;
(iv)干燥材料放在所说的干燥剂筒中;
(v)一个加长的出口管,其一端牢固连接到所述顶盖上的另一通孔上,另一端通过所述干燥剂和所述筒的所述带孔的闭合端;
(c)所说的顶盖连接于所述罐的所述开口端,
其特征在于,
所述顶盖具有若干隔开的液流通孔,所述顶盖上至少有一个凹口或槽并在所述顶盖的同一侧与所述的一个通孔连通;
所述过滤装置安置在邻近于所述干燥筒带有穿孔的闭合端和所述顶盖的所述开槽的一侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的接收器/干燥器,其特征在于,所说的罐被牢固地焊接到顶盖上。
3.如权利要求1所述的接收器/干燥器,其特征在于,所说的出口管定位于顶盖和筒的中央。
4.如权利要求1所述的接收器/干燥器,其特征在于,所说的至少一个槽包括一对同心槽和一相交槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的接收器/干燥器,其特征在于,渗滤材料包括玻璃纤维材料。
6.一种制作用于流动制冷剂用的接收器/干燥器的方法,包括:
(a)提供一个带入、出通孔的顶盖件;
(b)在所说的顶盖件一侧开槽连通于所说入口通孔;
(c)连接出口管于出口通孔上;
(d)提供一个开口的筒,在所述筒底部开设小孔,并且其上还加工出一孔;
(e)用干燥剂装于所述筒中并将所述管配置于所述孔上,并且将所述筒的所述开口部分连接于所述顶盖件的所述一侧上,将一金属罐连接并焊接密封于所说的筒和管外部。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述填装步骤包括在邻近于所述带孔的底部处放置渗滤材料层并在所述入口通孔和槽上放置另一渗滤材料层。
8.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述连接所述筒的步骤包括将所述筒的边缘弯曲。
