Abstract

본 발명의 복합형 철근 절곡 장치는 본체 케이싱(11)과, 이 본체 케이싱에 합체되어 있는 철근 절곡기(100) 및 철근 가공기(200)을 포함한다. 철근 절곡기(100)의 철근 절곡 롤(14)는 전기 모터(32)에 의해 전자석 클러치(37)을 갖는 기어열을 거쳐서 구동된다. 이로써, 철근 절곡 롤(14)가 철근 수용 슬리브(15)를 중심으로 회전 운동하게 된다. 구동축(51)은 전기 모터(32)에 의해 일방향 클러치(52)를 갖는 기어열을 거쳐서 구동된다. 이로써, 압력오일이 실린더 챔버(60)안에 공급되어 절단날(64)가 고정날(66)쪽으로 이동된다. 전자석 클러치(37)은 전기 모터(32)의 전진 회전력만 전달하도록 그리고 일방향 클러치(52)는 전기 모터(32)의 후진 회전력만 전달하도록 구성되어 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 복합형 철근 절곡 장치에 있어서, 본체 케이싱과, 본체 케이싱의 상부면상에 마련되며 철근 수용 슬리브와 철근을 절곡시키기 위하여 상기 철근 수용 슬리브를 중심으로 회전운동 상태로 이동하는 철근 절곡 롤을 갖출 철근 절곡기와, 본체 케이싱의 측면상에 마련되며 고정 본체와 금속부재상에 드릴링 등의 가공작업을 수행하기 위하여 상기 고정 본체에 대하여 왕복운동 상태로 이동하는 가동 본체를 갖춘 금속부재 가공기와, 본체 케이싱내에 마련된 모터와, 철근 절곡 롤을 구동시키도록 모터의 전진 회전력만을 클러치 기구를 거쳐 철근 절곡기에 전달하는 전진력 전달 수단과, 가공 본체를 구동시키도록 모터의 후진력만을 클러치 기구를 거쳐 금속부재 가공기에 전달하는 후진력 전달 수단과, 모터의 회전방향을 변경시키는 전환 스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합형 철근 절곡 장치.
