Abstract
본 발명은 무기 화합물 분말 및 무기 화합물의 분말화 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 분말은 금속-부하 중합체로부터 중합체를 제거함으로써 제조된다. 본 발명의 무기 화합물의 분말은 촉매, 방사 코팅물, 세라믹, 안료물질, 개선된 전자 및 광학전자 물질의 제조용 성분으로 사용하는 용도를 갖는다.

Claims (7)
- a) 입도가 10 내지 15,000nm 범위인 1종 이상의 중합체에 1종 이상의 가용성 금속 화합물을 부하시킴으로써 1종 이상의 금속-부하 중합체를 형성하는 단계와; b) 상기한 1종 이상의 중합체를 제거하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 무기 화합물의 분말화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 에멀젼 중합체 및 분쇄된 현탁 중합체로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 1종 이상의 가용성 금속 화합물이 금속, 금속이온, 금속 착화합물 및 이의 혼합물 중에서 선택되고; (a) 상기 금속이 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 레늄,루테늄, 오스뮴, 이리듐, 세륨, 지르코늄, 티탄, 바나듐, 몰르브덴, 텅스텐, 란탄, 알루미늄, 이드륨, 니켈, 주석, 비스무트, 구리, 코발트, 철, 은, 금, 및 이의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것이며, (b) 상기 금속이온이 Ce3+, Ni2+, Zr4+, La3-, Al3+, Y3+및 이의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것이고, (c) 상기 금속 착화합물이 RuCl3, RhCl3, [PtCl6]2-, [Pt(NH3)4]2+, [PdCl4]2-, [Fc(CO)4]-, {Ru(NH3)6]3+, [MoO4]2-, [Mo6O19]2-및 이의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 열분해, 분해, 화학적 분해, 조사 및 초음파처리 중에서 선택되는 어느 한 방법으로 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 열분해 처리에 의해 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법을 사용하여 제조된 무기 화합물 분말.
- 정방형, 입방형 및 이의 조합중에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 결정사의 산화 지르코늄을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 산화지르코늄이 3중량% 이하의 상안정화제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 화합물 분말.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
