Abstract
본 발명은 예를 들면, 전기차량(12)의 배터리(15)의 충전용의 전자기적으로 차폐된 유도 충전 장치(10)에 관한 것이다. 유도 충전 장치(10)는 유도 충전 결합기(20) 및 상기 전기 차량(12)에 배치되고 상기 전기차량(12)이 배터리(15)에 결합된 충전 포트(11)를 구비한다. 충전 결합기(20)는 중심 자기 코어(24), 및 상기 중심 자기 코어(24) 주위에 배치된 1차 권선(25)을 구비한다. 충전 캐이블(26)은 에너지를 충전 결합기(20)에 결합시키기 위해 1차권선(25) 및 외부 전원(27)간에 결합된다. 플라스틱 결합기 하우징(22)은 핸들(23)을 제공하도록 구성되는 2개의 메이팅 결합기 핼브즈(22a, 22b)를 갖도록 제공되며, 상기 메이팅 결합기 핼브즈(22a, 22b)는 1차 권선(25) 및 중심 자기코어(24)를 둘러싸고 핸들(23)에 충전 케이블(26)을 고정한다. 복수의 금속 피복된 리브(28)는 충전캐이블(26)의 외측 차폐 브레이드(29)와 결합되도록 핸들(23)에 배치된다. 도전성 플라스틱 스트립(31)은 결합기(20)의 외측 부분을 따라 핸들(23)과 1차 권선(25)간에 배치된다. 충전 포트(11)는 유도 충전 결합기(20)가 삽입되는 개구(14)를 갖는다. 복수의 금속 피복된 전자기 간섭(EMI) 핑거(16)는 개구(14)속으로 돌출하며 결합기(20)가 충전포트(11) 속으로 삽입될 때 도전성 플라스틱 스트립(31)과 결합된다.
도전성 플라스틱 스트립(31)과 EMI 핑거(16)의 결합은 충전창치(10)의 완전한 EMI 차폐를 제공한다.

Claims (4)
- 전기차량(12)의 배터리 충전용 유도 충전 장치(10)에 있어서, 유도 충전 결합기(20), 및 상기 전기 차량(12)에 배치되며 상기 전기차량(12)의 배터리(15)에 결합된 충전포트(11)를 구비하는데, 상기 유도 충전 결합기(20)는 중심 자기 코어(24); 상기 중심 자기 코어(24) 주위에 배치된 1차권선(25); 에너지 충전 결합기(20)에 결합시키기 위해 상기 1차권선(25)가 외부 전원(27)간에 결합된 충전케이블(26); 핸들(23)을 제공하도록 구성되는 2개의 메이팅 결합기 핼브즈(22a, 22b)를 갖는데, 상기 메이팅 결합기 핼브즈(22a, 22b)는 1차권선(25) 및 중심 자기코어(24)를 둘러싸고 핸들(23)에 충전 케이블(26)을 고정하는 플라스틱 결합기 하우징(22); 상기 충전 케이블(26)의 외측 차폐 브레이드(29)와 결합하는 핸들에 배치된 복수의 금속 피복된 리브(28); 상기 결합기(20)의 외측 부분을 따라 상기 핸들(23)과 1차권선(25)간에 배치된 도전성 플라스틱 스트립(31)을 구비하고, 상기 충전 포트(11)는, 유도 충전 결합기(20)가 삽입되는 개구(14); 상기 개구(14) 속으로 돌출하며 결합기(20)가 충전 포트(11) 내로 삽입될 때 도전성 플라스틱 스트립(31)과 결합되는 복수의 금속 피복된 전자기 간섭(EMI) 핑거(16)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도 충전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 EMI 핑거(16)는 주석도금된 구리로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유도충전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중심 자기 코어(24)는 페라리트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유도 충전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핸들(23)을 떼어낸 위치에서 충전 케이블(26)을 둘러싸고 상기 2개의 메이팅 핼브즈(22a, 22b)에 의해 고정되는 장력 완화 부재(32)를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도 충전 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
