본 발명은 휠 로더 등의 건설중장비의 트랜스 밋션 클러치 컷 오프 제어시스템 및 그 작동방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 차속이 일정속도 이하로 주행시에 브레이크를 밟으면 자동적으로 트랜스 밋션 클러치가 컷 오프되어 발생되는 동력손실 및 안전사고를 방지할 수 있는 클러치 컷 오프 제어시스템 및 그 작동방법에 관한 것으로, 브레이크 페달 조작에 의해 개폐 조정되는 압력스위치 및 차속센서로 구성된 입력부와, 상기 입력부로부터 입력신호를 받아 중앙처리장치에서 자체적으로 처리하여 출력신호를 보내는 처리부와, 상기 처리부로부터 명령신호를 받아서 클러치를 처리하여 출력신호를 보내는 처리부와, 상기 처리부로부터 명령신호를 받아서 클러치를 컷 오프 제어하는 구동부로 구성된 제어시스템 및 그 작동방법으로, 이와같이 구성된 본 발명을 실질적으로 중장비에 적용하여 제동장치의 제동기능을 향상시킬 뿐만아니라 제동시 차량에 대한 충격을 저하시켜 안전사고방지를 그 목적으로 한다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
