Abstract

본 발명은 아미노펩티다제 M저해작용 및 면역증강 작용을 나타내는 신규한 아미노펩티다제 M 저해물질 MR―387A, MR―387B 및 이들의 염과 이들의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Description

신규한 생리 활성물질 엠암―387에이(MR―387A), 엠알―387비(MR―387B) 및 그의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 브롬화 칼륨(KBr)정내에서 MR―387A의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼을 나타낸 그래프이다. 제2도는 MR―387A의 중수(D2O)용액에서 300MHz 수소 핵자기 공명 스펙트럼을 나타낸 그래프이다. 제3도는 브롬화 칼륨(KBr)정내에서 MR―387B의 적외선 흡수스펙트럼을 나타낸 그래프이다. 제4도는 MR―387B의 증수(D2O)용액에서 300MHz 수소 핵자기 공명 스펙트럼을 나타낸 그래프이다. 제5도는 MR―387A와 MR―387B를 6N 염산용액으로 48시간 가수분해한 후 아미노산 자동 분석기를 이용하여 분자내 아미노산조성을 분석한 결과이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식의 화합물 및 이의 염;
    상기식에서, R은 하이드록시프롤린 또는 프롤린이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 하이드록시프롤린인 하기 구조식의 화합물(MR―387A);
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R이 프롤린인 하기 구조식의 화합물(MR―387B);
  4. 스트렙토미세스(Streptomyces) 속 SL―387균주(기탁번호 : KCTC0102BP)를 적당한 배지에서 배양하여 그 배양액으로 부터 MR―387A 또는 MR―387B를 단리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아미노펩티다제 M 저해물질인 MR―387A 또는 MR―387B의 제조방법.
  5. 아미노펩티다제 M 저해물질 MR―387A 또는 MR―387B를 생산하는 스트렙토미세스(Streptomyces) 속 SL―387균주 (기탁번호 : KCTC0102BP).
