Abstract
본 발명은 크롬금속을 함침시킨 알루미나 촉매상에서 기체 상태의 디클로메탄과 무수불화 수소산을 1 : 2 내지 1 : 10의 몰비로 반응온도 200 내지 500℃, 반응접촉시간 5 내지 10초 그리고 상압 내지 고압에서 산소 또는 압축공기를 공급하면서 반응시키는 디프루오르 매탄제조방법으로 본 발명에 의하면 고수율로 디플루오르메탄을 제조할 뿐만 아니라 촉매의 활성을 장시간동안 유지시킬 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 2내지 10중량% 크롬을 함침시킨 알루미나 촉매 존재하에 디클로메탄과 무수불화수소산을 1 : 2내지 1 : 10의 몰비로 반응온도 200내지 500℃, 반응접촉 시간 5 내지 40초, 반응압력 상압 내지 10기압에서 기상반응시키는 디플루오르매탄의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매활성이 저하되면 알루미나 촉매를 300 내지 600℃의온도에서 촉매 1그람당 분당 0.25 내지 1㎖의공기 또는 0.05 내지 0.2㎖의 산소를 공급하여 촉매를 재생시켜 사용하는 디플루오르매탄의 제조방법.
- 2내지 10중량% 크롬을 함침시킨 알루미나 촉매존재하에 디클로로메탄과 무수불화수소산을 1 : 2내지 1 : 10의 몰비로 디클로로메탄 1몰당 0.01 내지 1.5몰의 공기 또는 0.002 내지 0.3몰의 산소를 공급하면서 반응온도 200 내지 500℃, 반응접촉시간 5 내지 40초, 반응압력 상압 내지 10기압에서 기상반응 시키는 디플루오로메탄의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
