Abstract
본 발명은 항종양제로서 암세포의 성장 억제효과를 갖는 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 피라졸을 함유한 벤조일 우레아 유도체에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R과 R2는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서, 각각 수소원자; 플루오르, 클로로 및 브로모 중에서 선택되는 한개 이상의 할로겐 원자; C1~C6의 직쇄상 또는 분쇄상의 알콕시가; 또는 니트로기이며, R1은 수소원자; 또는 C1~C6의 직쇄 또는 분쇄상의 알킬기이고, W, X 및 Y는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서, 각각 수소원자; 할로겐원자; 할로알킬기; C1~C6의 직쇄 또는 분쇄상의 알킬기; 또는 페닐기 또는 할로겐원자, 알킬기 또는 할로알킬기로 치환된 페닐기이고, Z는 산소 또는 황원자이다.

Claims (3)
- 항종양제로 유용한 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 벤조일 우레아 유도체.상기식에서, R과 R2는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서, 각각 수소원자; 플루오르, 클로로 및 브로모 중에서 선택되는 한개 이상의 할로겐 원자; C1~C6의 직쇄상 또는 분쇄상의 알콕시기; 또는 니트로기이며, R1은 수소원자; 또는 C1~C6의 직쇄 또는 분쇄상의 알킬기이고, W, X 및 Y는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서, 각각 수소원자; 할로겐원자; 할로알킬기; C1~C6의 직쇄 또는 분쇄상의 알킬기; 또는 페닐기 또는 할로겐원자, 알킬기 또는 할로알킬기로 치환된 페닐기이고, Z는 산소 또는 황원자이다.
- 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 벤조일 우레아 유도체의 도입기로 유용한 다음 구조식(IV-b)로 표시되는 아닐린 유도체.상기식에서, R,R1,R2,W,X,Y 및 Z는 각각 상기 청구범위 1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 벤조일 우레아 유도체의 도입기로 유용한 다음 구조식(IV-c)로 표시되는 아닐린 유도체.상기식에서, R,R1,R2,W,X,Y 및 Z는 각각 상기 청구범위 1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
