Abstract

본 발명은 안티오니(Sb)계 촉매 존재하에서 메틸렌디클로라이드(CH2Cl2)와 불화수소(HF)를 액상 반응시켜 디플루오르메탄(Dk fluoromethane:CH2F2-32라 함)을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 안티모니계 촉매 존재하에서 반응온도 50-150℃, 반응압력 5-15Kg/C㎡ㆍG에서 연속식(contineous system) 또는 회분식(batch system)으로 액상 반응하여 디플루오르메탄을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것인바, 오존층을 전혀 파괴하지 않으면서도 HFC-32를 산업적 규모로 제조할 수 있게 한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 메틸렌클로라이드와 불화수소를 원료로하는 디플루오로메탄의 제조방법에 있어서, 안티모니계 촉매 존재하에서 반응온도 50-150℃, 반응압력 5~15Kg/C㎡ㆍG에서 액상 반응으로 디플루오로메탄을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회분식(batch system) 또는 연속식(contineous system)으로 디플루오로메탄을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 원료공급비가 메틸렌클로라이드 1몰에 대하여 불화수소가 2.0~3.0몰인 디플루오로메탄을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 안티모니계 촉매가 오염화 안티모니(SbCl5)인 디플루오로메탄을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 오염화 안티모니의 농도가 메틸렌클로라이드와 오염화 안티모니에 대하여 5~30몰%인 디플루오로메탄을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 반응계내에 염소가스를 연속적으로 공급하여 5가 안티모니(Sb+5)의 농도가 10~90% 수준을 유지하도록 하는 디플루오로메탄을 제조하는 방법.
