Abstract
본 발명은 알루미늄 나이트레이트 용액 및 마그네슘 나이트레이트 용액을 혼합하는 단계와, 혼합 용액에 실리카 화합물의 졸을 첨가하여 균일하게 혼합하는 단계와, 얻어진 혼합물에 보강재의 분산액을 첨가하고 균일하게 혼합하는 단계와, 생성된 혼합물을 겔화하여 건조시킨 후 300 내지 500℃에서 하소한 다음 분쇄하여 코디에라이트 분말을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 코디에라이트 기지의 세라믹 복합체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 방법에 따라서 코디에라이트 제조시와 복합체 제조시 중복되는 교반과정 및 건조과정을 단일화함으로써 작업시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있고 공정을 단순화함으로서 회분식 작업에 의한 대량생산이 가능한 이점이 있다.

Claims (6)
- 알루미늄 나이트레이트 용액 및 마그네슘 나이트레이트 용액을 혼합하는 단계와, 얻어진 혼합용액에 실리카 화합물의 졸을 첨가하여 균일하게 혼합하는 단계와, 이 혼합물에 보강재의 분산액을 첨가하고 균일하게 혼합하는 단계와, 생성된 혼합물을 겔화하여 건조시킨 후 하소한 다음 분쇄하여 코디에라이트 분말을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 코디에라이트 기지의 세라믹 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 나이트레이트 용액(solution) 및 마그네슘 나이트레이트 용액(Solution)은 Al(NO3)3ㆍ9H2OMg(NO3)2ㆍ6H2O를 알콜에 용해시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강재가 SiC 휘스커임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 화합물이 Si(OC2H5)4및 테트라에틸 오르토실리케이트의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 300℃ 내지 500℃의 온도에서 하소함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코디에라이트 기지의 세라믹 복합체의 분막을 성형 및 소결하는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
