Abstract

본 발명은 알루미늄 나이트레이트 용액 및 마그네슘 나이트레이트 용액을 혼합하는 단계와, 혼합 용액에 실리카 화합물의 졸을 첨가하여 균일하게 혼합하는 단계와, 얻어진 혼합물에 보강재의 분산액을 첨가하고 균일하게 혼합하는 단계와, 생성된 혼합물을 겔화하여 건조시킨 후 300 내지 500℃에서 하소한 다음 분쇄하여 코디에라이트 분말을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 코디에라이트 기지의 세라믹 복합체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 방법에 따라서 코디에라이트 제조시와 복합체 제조시 중복되는 교반과정 및 건조과정을 단일화함으로써 작업시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있고 공정을 단순화함으로서 회분식 작업에 의한 대량생산이 가능한 이점이 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 알루미늄 나이트레이트 용액 및 마그네슘 나이트레이트 용액을 혼합하는 단계와, 얻어진 혼합용액에 실리카 화합물의 졸을 첨가하여 균일하게 혼합하는 단계와, 이 혼합물에 보강재의 분산액을 첨가하고 균일하게 혼합하는 단계와, 생성된 혼합물을 겔화하여 건조시킨 후 하소한 다음 분쇄하여 코디에라이트 분말을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 코디에라이트 기지의 세라믹 복합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 나이트레이트 용액(solution) 및 마그네슘 나이트레이트 용액(Solution)은 Al(NO3)3ㆍ9H2OMg(NO3)2ㆍ6H2O를 알콜에 용해시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강재가 SiC 휘스커임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 화합물이 Si(OC2H5)4및 테트라에틸 오르토실리케이트의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 300℃ 내지 500℃의 온도에서 하소함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코디에라이트 기지의 세라믹 복합체의 분막을 성형 및 소결하는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
