Abstract
본 발명은 자동차 차체 조립 지그의 클램프장치에 관한 것으로서 패널의 형상 및 크기에 불구하고 모든 차종에 공용할 수 있으며, 차체의 조립시간을 단축하고, 용접용 로봇의 작업공간의 확보가 용이하도록 한 것이다. 본 발명은 지그 기판에 차체의 크기에 따라 전후 좌우로 그 위치를 변경 조절할 수 있는 4개의 보조 지주를 설치하여 그 상부에 유압 또는 공압 등에 의하여 작동되는 엑튜에이터가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 엑튜에이터에는 상단에 기준핀이 형성된 클램프 블록이 고정되어 있다. 그리고 클램프 블록에는 중공부를 형성하여 엑튜에이터의 로드의 상하작동에 의하여 패널의 하면에 뚫은 기준핀 삽입 구멍의 내부를 지지 고정하거나 해방시키는 클램프가 설치되어 있다. 상기한 클램프는 수평부와 수직부를 형성하여 수평부의 일단은 클램프 블록에 형성된 중공부에 핀을 지점으로 회동할 수 있도록 설치하고 수평부와 수직부의 연결부는 엑튜에이터의 로드에 연결하며 상단에는 걸림턱이 형성되어 있으며, 상기한 걸림턱은 패널을 지지 고정할 때 기준핀의 측면에 형성된 절결부를 통하여 외측으로 돌출하도록 되어 있다.The present invention relates to a clamp device for a vehicle body assembly jig, which can be used for all types of vehicles despite the shape and size of the panel, to shorten the assembly time of the vehicle body and to secure the working space of the welding robot. .
