Abstract

본 발명은 (R)- 또는 (S)-페닐-1,2-에탄디올의 단일 카바메이트에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 상세하게는 (R)-2-카바모일옥시-1-페닐에탄올, (R)-2-카바모일옥시-2-페닐에탄올, (S)-2-카바모일옥시-1-페닐에탄올, (S)-2-카바모일옥시-2-페닐에탄올 4종에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 광학이성질체는 중추신경계 질병, 예를 들어 신경성 근육통, 간질 및 뇌졸중의 치료 또는 예방에 유용하다.

  4. 하기 구조식(IV)으로 표시되는 (S)-2-카바모일옥시-1-페닐에탄올.
  5. 하기 구조식(V)로 표시되는 (R)-페닐-1,2-에탄디올 시클릭카보네이트.
