Abstract

본 발명은 고분자 합성 수지 상에 원적외선 방사 세라믹을 침적시켜 기체 및 액체의 정화 및 분리에 사용되는 세라믹 분리막 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 건이다. 산화망간, 산화동, 산화철, 2가 및 3가 철의 금속촉매를 금속으로서 0.1 내지 5중량% 함유하는 원적외선 방사 세라믹이 폴리우레탄 수지와 함께 폴리에틸렌 부직포에 침적되고 키토산으로 코팅후 고정화된 것을 특징으로 하는 세리믹 분리막은, 물이나 유기용제에 안정하고 높은 기계적 인장 강도를 가지면서도 친수성이므로 하수 및 오염공기로부터 고분자 화합물, 유기 화합물 및 중금속 산화물 등을 선택적으롱 분리시킬 수 있으므로, 공기를 여과 및 정화할 뿐 아니라, 하수 및 폐수를 정화하고 경수를 연화하는 데에도 다양하게 사용할 수 있으며 재사용이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 세라믹 분리막의 표면 확대 사진으로서, (가)는 여과를 수행하기 전의 200배 확대사진이고, (나)는 여과를 수행한 후의 300배 확대사진이다.
제2도는 본 발명의 세라믹 분리막의 단면 확대 사진으로서, (가)는 키토산 코팅 처리전의 2000배 확대사진이고, (나)는 키토산 코팅 처리후의 3000배 확대사진이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 산화망간, 산화동 산화철, 2가 및 3가 철의 금속촉매를 금속으로서 0.1 내지 5중량% 함유하는 원적외선 방사 세라믹이 폴리우레탄 수지와 함께 폴리에틸렌 부직포에 침적되고 키토산으로 코팅후 고정화된 것을 특징으로 하는 세리믹 분리막.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리막에 물유리(Na2OnSiO2)로부터 유래된 산화나트륨, 과망간산칼륨, 탄닌 및 아스코르빈산 중 적어도 하나가 더욱 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 분리막.
  3. 원적외선 방사 세라믹의 폴리비닐알콜 현탁액과, 망간, 동 및 철화합물의 폴리비닐알콜 현탁액을 소정 비율로 혼합하고 건조한 다음 1000℃이상에서 소성하여 다공성의 소결체로 하고; 상기의 다공성 원적외선 방사 세라믹과 폴리우레탄 수지를 디메틸포름아미드에 현탁시키고; 상기 현탁 조성물을 폴리에틸렌 부직포 상에 소정 두께로 코팅하여 침적시킨 후 표면을 건조시키고; 상기 표면 건조된 부직포를 물에 담가서 조성물 중의 디메틸포름아미드를 물로 치환한 다음 꺼내어 완전히 탈수 건조시키고; 2 가 및 3가 철을 포함하는 폴리비닐알콜 수용액을 상기 탈수 건조된 표면에 분무한 다음 다시 건조시키고; 키틴을 탈아세틸화처리한 키토산 용액을 상기 건조된 부직포에 코팅하고 알칼리용액으로 고정화시킨 후 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으롱 하는 세라믹 분리막의 제조방법.
