本发明涉及用于给水排水等水处理的一种高吸附性能的复合聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂及其制备方法,属于环境工程技术领域。
背景技术
聚合硫酸铁是一种新型、优质、高效铁盐类无机高分子絮凝剂,主要用于净水效果优良,水质好,不含铝、氯及重金属离子等有害物质,亦无铁离子的水向转移,无毒,无害,安全可靠, 除浊、脱色、脱油、脱水、除菌、除臭、除藻、去除水中COD、BOD及重金属离子等功效显著等。也用于工业废水处理,如印染废水等。
凹凸棒土是一种含水镁铝碳酸盐粘土矿物,凹凸棒土的基本结构单元是平行于碳轴的硅氧四面体双链组成,各个链间通过氧原子连接,每个双链的上下层间通过一层镁原子的六价配位连接。硅氧四面体活性氧原子的指向(即硅氧四面体的角顶)每四个一组上下交替排列。由于晶体结构中存在晶体孔道,内表面积较大,因而具有很强的物理吸附性能。
路达在其博士学位论文《聚合硫酸铁和聚硅硫酸铁制备及有机改性研究》中,利用氧化法制备了一种聚合硫酸铁,但是其絮凝效果、除浊率还有待进一步提高。
发明内容
基于以上的思考,本发明旨在提供一种絮凝效果好,除浊率高的复合聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现 :
一种高吸附性能的复合聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
氧化石墨烯1-2,FeS04·7H20 25-30,硫酸镁1-2,硫酸废液适量,氧化亚铁硫杆菌2-3,双氧水4-6,膨润土2-3,硝酸银3-5,聚丙烯酰胺VN835 3-5,凹凸棒土15-25,乙二醇25-35,水25-30;
所述硫酸废液的质量分数不低于60%。
所述的一种高吸附性能的复合聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制成:
a. 将FeS04·7H20溶于水中,加入适量硫酸废液,调节pH为1-2,加入氧化亚铁硫杆菌,18-24℃下逐滴滴入双氧水,通气培养2-3天,使其二价铁氧化成三价铁,在阴凉干燥处静置熟化一定时间后,过滤,得液态聚合硫酸铁;
b. 将凹凸棒土在300℃-700℃下烘焙40-80min,冷却后用硫酸废液浸泡1-2h,过滤,水洗至中性后进行研磨,用150-250目筛过筛,干燥备用;
c. 将步骤b所得凹凸棒土加入到乙二醇溶液中,超声分散后得悬浮液,加入硝酸银、聚丙烯酰胺VN835、氧化石墨烯,浸泡2-5h后,离心,洗涤,在25-55℃条件下真空干燥,得到吸附聚丙烯酰胺VN835、氧化石墨烯,并且载银的凹凸棒土;
d. 将步骤c所得凹凸棒土、硫酸镁、膨润土加入到步骤a所得液体中,在30-70℃下搅拌1h-6h,过滤,然后于30℃-50℃烘干,研磨成粉状即可。

本发明的有益效果是:氧化过程中加入氧化亚铁硫杆菌作为生物催化剂,安全可靠、节能环保;利用凹凸棒土对聚合硫酸铁进行负载,导致絮凝剂分子之间作用力发生变化,从而使吸附层更加牢固和紧密,增加和提高了絮凝剂的絮凝性能,絮凝效果增强;加热活化后的凹凸棒土用硫酸废液浸泡可除去分布于凹凸棒土孔道中的杂质,使孔道疏通,提高凹凸棒土吸附性、脱色性等。乙二醇可以在凹凸棒土上原位还原硝酸银,使生成的银粒子附着在凹凸棒土上,赋予絮凝剂抗菌的功能,延长使用寿命,同时,聚丙烯酰胺VN835不仅可以与聚合硫酸铁一起协同除浊,还可以促进银粒子在凹凸棒土上的负载;配合添加了氧化石墨烯,使得该絮凝剂表面活性基团多、比表面积大,而且结构疏松和孔洞结构丰富。

氧化石墨烯2,FeS04·7H20 25,硫酸镁2,硫酸废液适量,氧化亚铁硫杆菌3,双氧水6,膨润土3,硝酸银3,聚丙烯酰胺VN835 5,凹凸棒土15,乙二醇35,水30;
所述硫酸废液的质量分数不低于60%。

d. 将步骤c所得凹凸棒土、硫酸镁、膨润土加入到步骤a所得液体中,在30-70℃下搅拌1h-6h,过滤,然后于30℃-50℃烘干,研磨成粉状即可。
