Abstract

이 발명은 직류/직류 컨버터에 관한 것으로 하나의 펄스폭변조용 집적회로를 이용하여 둘이상의 다양한 출력전압 레벨을 제공하는 파워 서콜라이를 구현하기 위하여, 펄스폭 변조부(60)에서 생성된 스위칭신호(VPWM)에 의해 인덕터(L)의 충방전이 제어되고, 상기 인덕터(L)가 방전시 인덕터(L)에 축적된 전류에 의해 콘덴서(C)가 충전되도록 하는 전압 레귤레이터(30)와; 상기 전압레귤레이터(30)의 출력전압(VOUT3)레벨을 검출하며, 전압 레귤레이터(30)출력전압(VOUT3)레벨이 조정 가능하도록 하는 출력전압 센싱부(40)와; 상기출력전압 센싱부(40)에 의해 검출된 전압 레귤레이터(30)의 출력전압(VOUT3)이 설정된 레벨 이상일 경우에는 상기 출력전압 센싱부(40)의 신호에 의해 인덕터(L)의 충반전이 중단되게 하고, 전압 레귤레이터(30)의 출력전압(VOUT3)이 설정된 레벨 이하일 경우에는 펄스폭 변조부(60)의 스위칭신호(VPWM)에 의해 콘덴서(C)가 충전되게 하는 출력전압피드백부(50)로 구성되어 동작하는 다중출력을 위한 직류/직류 컨버터에 관한것 이다.

다중출력을 위한 직류/직류 컨버터
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종래의 기술로 제시된 직류/직류 컨버터의 상세 회로도이고,
제2도는 이 발명의 실시예에 따른 다중출력을 위한 직류/직류 컨버터의 상세 회로도이고,
제3도는 상기 제2도의 각부 파형도이고,
제4도는 이 발명의 실시예에 따른 다중출력을 위한 직류/직류 컨버터가 장착된 파워 서플라이의 구성 블록도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 펄스폭 변조부(60)에서 생성된 스위칭신호(VPWM)에 의해 인덕터(L)의 충방전이 제어되고, 상기 인덕터(L)가 방전시 인덕터(L)에 축적된 전류에 의해 콘덴서(C)가 충전되도록 하는 전압 레귤레이터(30)와; 상기 전압레귤레이터(30)의 출혁전압(VOUT3)레벨을 검출하며, 전압 레귤레이터(30) 출력전압(VOUT3)레벨이 조정 가능하도록 하는 출력전압센싱부(40)와; 상기 출력전압 센싱부(40)에 의해 검출된 전압 레귤레이터(30)의 출혁전압(VOUT3)이 설정된 레벨 이상일 경우에는 상기 출력전압 센싱부(40)의 신호에 의해 인덕터(L)의 충방전이 중단되게 하고, 전압 레귤레이터(30)의 출력전압(VOUT3)이 설정된 레벨 이하일 경우에는 펄스폭 변조부(60)의 스위칭신호(VPWM)에 의해 콘덴서(C)가 충전되게 하는 출력전압 피드백부(50)로 구성되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 다중출력을 위한 직류/직류 컨버터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 출력전악 센싱부(40)는 콘덴서(C)에 병렬로 연결되는 두개의 저항(R1,R2)으로 구성되어 출력전압 피드백부(50)의 온오프동작을 제어하기 위한 전압성분(VB)을 검출하며, 두 저항(R1,R2)의 저항값의 비를 조절하여 콘덴서(C)의 출력전압(VOUT3)을 조정함을 특징으로 하는 다중출력을 위한 직류/직류 컨버터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 출력전압 피드백부(50)는 두 트랜지스터(Q3,Q4)가 다알링턴 접속되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 다중출력을 위한 직류/직류 컨버터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 출력레벨 조정 가능한 직류/직류 컨버티가 펄스폭 변조폭(60)의 출력단에 일이상의 갯수로 연결되어 각 직류/직류컨버터가 서로다른 출력전압을 제공하는 다중출력 파워 서플라이를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 다중출력을 위한 직류/직류 컨버터.
