Abstract

본 발명은 컴퓨터 시스템에 관한 것으로, 다수의 컴퓨터 시스템 각각의 독립적인 영상신호를 공유하여 하나의 모니터 화면에 분할하여 디스플레이 시킴으로서 동시에 다수의 컴퓨터 시스템에 대한 정보 판독 및 공통된 작업을 공유할수 있도록 한 것이다.
본 발명은 영상신호를 출력하는 소정갯수의 메인 보오드로 부터 인가되는 독립적인 영상신호를 공유하여 단일 회선으로 전송시 신호의 충돌이 발생되지 않도록 시분할하는 멀티플렉서와, 시분할되어 인가되는 독립적인 영상신호를 1/N압축하는 압축기 및, 영상신호의 입출력에 대한 제반적인 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 구비한다.
본 발명은 컴퓨터 시스템에 한정하지 않고 영상처리를 위한 모든부분 즉, 인텔리젠트 빌딩 등에서 화재 및 방법에 대한 감시 시청각 교육등에 사용할시 분할된 하나의 모니터를 통한 확인으로 사용에 편리하는 설비에 대한 비용을 최소화한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 정보 및 화상처리에 대한 영상신호를 출력하는 메인보오드(10A∼10N)와, 이 영상신호를 디스플레이하는 모니터(20)를 구비한 컴퓨터 시스템에 있어서, 상기 메인보오드(10A∼10N)로 부터 인가되는 소정갯수의 독립된 영상신호를 공유하여 단일회선으로 전송시 신호의 충돌이 발생되지 않도록 시분할하여 주는 멀티플렉서(31)와, 상기 멀티플렉서(31)로 부터 시분할되어 인가되는 소정갯수의 독립된 영상신호를 압축하는 압축기(33) 및, 영상신호의 입출력에 대한 제반적인 동작을 제어하는 제어부(32)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 시스템의 모니터 공유기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멀티플렉서(31)는 상기 메인 보오드(10A∼10N)로 부터 인가되는 소정갯수의 독립된 영상신호에 혼합된 노이즈 성분을 추출하는 필터부(31a)와, 상기 필터부(31a)로 부터 인가되는 독립된 영상신호를 1/N로 시분할하여 영상신호간의 충돌을 배제하여 주는 시분할 다중화기(31b) 및, 시분할된 영상신호를 상기 모니터(20)에 디스플레이 시키기 위한 소정레벨의 신호를 증폭하는 증폭부(31c)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 시스템의 모니터 공유기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메인 보오드(10A∼10N)와 상기 모니터 공유기(30)를 접속하여 독립적인 영상신호를 인터페이스하는 수단은 자체 컴퓨터 시스템에 대한 독립적인 영상신호만을 인터페이스하는 콘넥터(a)와, 다수의 컴퓨터 시스템과 공유된 독립적인 영상신호를 인터페이스하는 콘넥터(b)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 시스템의 모니터 공유기.
