Abstract

본 발명은 장식용 무늬목 판재의 제법에 관한 것이다.
종래의 장식용 무늬목은 이익 장식미가 월등하여 널리 호평을 받고 있으나 이의 판재가 0.5mm이하로서 매우 엷기 때문에 원형 유지가 극히 어려운 문제점이 있고, 또한 이는 가구나 건축물의 도공(코팅)용으로 널리 이용되고 있으나 일일이 수공으로 부착하고 그 위에 표면 도장 처리 할 수 있게 하였기 때문에 시공상에도 난점이 있어 이의 이용 범위가 극히 제한되고 있는 실정인 것이다.
본 발명은 이상의 문제점을 해결하고자 발명한 것인데 이의 발명 요지는 통상의 무늬목 소재(1)에 저농도의 빙초산 또는 멜라민 수지액을 도포하여 연질 소재(1′)를 얻고 이에 다시 고농도 초산비닐액을 처리한 후 저온에서 경질 소재(1″)를 얻고 경질 소재(1″)의 일면 또는 양면에 투명 수지판(2)(2′)을 접한 후 가열된 가압 로울러(3)(3′)로 가압하여 일체가 되게 하므로서 천연 무늬결이 확연하게 표출된 장식미를 얻어 이용 범위를 극대화 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 천연 무늬목 소재(1)에 빙초산(4) 및 멜라민 수지액(5)을 도포하여 연질 소재(1′)를 얻고 여기에 농도 30-45%의 초산 비닐 수지액(6)을 도포한 후 5-15℃의 저온에서 압착 건조하여 경질 소재(1″)를 얻고 경질 소재(1″)의 양면에 투명 수지판(2)(2′)을 접한 후 가열된 가압 로울러(3)(3′)로 가압하여 라미네이팅 형상의 판재를 얻을 수 있게한 장식용 무늬목 판재의 제법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 경질소재(1″)의 일면에만 투명 수지판(2)을 접하여 가열 로울러 또는 가압판으로 가열 압착하여서 된 장식용 무늬목 판재의 제법.
