이 발명은 브레이크 노이즈 측정장치에 관한 것으로 소음감지 센서 뿐만 아니라 횔실린더 또는 리플레이트의 진동을 검출하기 위한 가속도계를 추가로 설치하여 소음감지 센서에서 검출된 소음정도와 차량 전후 좌우의 진동을 고려하여 브레이크 노이즈를 판단하게 함으로써 저렴한 비용 및 간단한 노력으로 차음벽을 설치한 것과 동일한 효과를 가지며, 특히 실차 주행시험에서도 만족할만한 효과를 얻도록 하기 위하여, 차량의 전륜 일측과 후륜 타측에 각각 설치되어 브레이크 작동부위의 진동을 감지하기 위 한 진동센싱부(9)와;차량의 전륜 일측과 후륜 타측 부위에 설치되어 브레이크 작동에 의한 소음을 감지하기 위한 소음감지 센싱부(6)와;상기 진동센싱부(9)의 출력신호를 신호처리를 위한 레벨로 증폭하기 위한 증폭기(91)와;상기 소음감지 센싱부(6)의 시간영역 신호와 증폭기(91)를 통해 입력된 진동센싱부(9)의 시간영역 신호를 주파수 영역의 스펙트럼을 변환하여 표시함으로써 브레이크 노이즈 발생위치 및 브레이크 노이즈의 크기를 판단하게 하는 FFT주파수 분석기(7)로 구성되어져 동작하는 브레이크 노이즈 측정장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a brake noise measuring apparatus, and further includes an accelerometer for detecting vibration of a shock cylinder or a replate as well as a noise detection sensor to consider the noise level detected by the noise detection sensor and the vibration of the front, rear, left and right of the vehicle.
