Abstract

용융금속의 레벨을 큰 변위까기 계측한다.
제1전극(10)과 제2전극(11)을 용융금속(13)에 삽입하고, 제1의사랜덤신호를 제1전극(10)에 전송함과 동시에, 제1의사랜덤신호와 동일패턴이고, 주파수가 약간 상이한 제2의사랜덤신호를 제1의사랜덤신호와 제1승산기(5)로 곱셈하여 제1승산치를 산출한다. 제2전극(11)으로부터 얻을 수 있는 신호와 제2의사랜덤신호를 제2승산기(6)으로 곱셈하여 제2승산치를 얻는다. 제1승산치의 시계렬패턴과 제2승산치의 시계렬 패턴에서 발생하는 최대상관치의 시간차로부터 용융금속의 변위를 연산한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 전기전도성을 구비한 용융금속에 제1전극과 제2전극을 삽입하고, 제1의사랜덤신호를 제1전극에 전송함과 동시에, 제1의사랜덤신호와 동일한 패턴이고, 주파수가 약간 다른 제2의사랜덤신호를 제1의사랜덤신호에 곱셈하여 제1승산치를 산출하고, 제2전극으로부터 얻을 수 있는 신호와 제2의사랜덤신호를 곱셈하여 제2승산치를 산출한 다음 제1승산치의 시계렬 패턴과, 제2승산치의 시계렬 패턴에 발생하는 최대상관치의 시간차로부터 용융금속의 변위를 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속의 변위측정방법.
  2. 제1의사랜덤신호를 발생하는 제1의사랜덤신호 발생수단과, 제1의사랜덤신호와 동일 패턴이고 주파수가 약간 다른 제2의사랜덤신호를 발생한 제2의사랜덤신호 발생수단과, 전기전도성을 구비한 용융금속에 삽입되어, 제1의사랜덤신호 발생수단에 접속된 제1전극과 용융금속에 삽입된 제2전극과, 제1의사랜덤신호 발생수단의 출력과 제2의사랜덤신호 발생수단의 출력을 곱셈하여 제1승산치를 출력하는 제1승산기와, 제2전극에 접속되어, 그 출력과 제2의사랜덤신호 발생수단의 출력을 곱셈하여 제2승산치를 출력하는 제2승산기와 제1승산기의 출력을 적분하는 제1적분연산수단과 제2승산기의 출력을 적분하는 제1적분연산수단과 제1적분치의 시계렬 패턴과 제2적분치의 시계렬패턴에 발생하는 최대상관치의 시간차를 구하여, 용융금속의 변위를 산출하는 연산수단 등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속의 변위측정방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제1의 랜덤신호 발생수단은 제1클럭신호 발생수단에 의하여 구동되고, 제1클록발생수단은 주파수 (a)를 발진하는 제1발진기와, 주파수(a)보다 충분히 큰 주파수 (c)를 발진하는 공통발진기와, 이 공통 발진기의 출력과 제1발진기의 출력을 혼합하는 제1혼합기와, 제1혼합기 출력으로 부터 주파수(c+a)의 출력을 얻는 제1저역필터로 되었고, 제2의사랜덤신호 발생수단은 제2클록신호 발생수단에 의하여 구동되고 제2클록발생수단 주파수 (a)와 약간 다른 주파수(a')를 발진하는 제2발진기와, 제2발진기의 출력과 공통발진기의 출력을 혼합하는 제2혼합기와, 이 제2혼합기의 출력으로부터 주파수(c+a')의 출력을 얻는 제2저역필터등으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속의 변위측정방법.
