Abstract

열교환 튜브(16)는 관형체(17) 및 그 관형체상에 설치된 표면확장부재들을 포함하고, 그 표면확장부재는 관형체 외측에서 그 관형체에 용접되어 관형체로부터 바깥으로 연장하는 다수의 핀(18)으로 구성된다. 관형체(17) 및 핀들(18)은 탄소강으로 제조된다. 또한, 핀들(18)과 관형체(17) 사이의 용접 이음부 또는 관형체(17)에 인접 배치된 핀들(18)의 부분에 균열이 형성되는 위험을 감소시키기 위하여, 핀들(18)은 관형체(17)를 제조하는 재료 보다 상당히 낮은 탄소함량을 갖는 재료로 제조한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 관형체(17)및 그 관형체상에 설치된 표면확장부재들을 포함하고, 그 표면확장부재는 관형체 외측에서 그 관형체에 용접되어 관형체로부터 바깥으로 연장하는 다수의 핀(18)으로 구성되고, 상기 관형체 및 상기 핀들이 탄소강으로 제조되는 열교환 튜브에 있어서, 상기 핀들(18)은 상기 관형체(17)를 제조하는 재료보다 상당히 낮은 탄소함량을 갖는 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환 튜브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핀들은 약0.05% 이하의 탄소함량을 갖는 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환 튜브.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 핀들(18)은 약0.03%의 탄소함량을 갖는 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환 튜브.
