제3도는 본 발명이 열파이프식 배열회수장치의 전체설계를 설명하는 평면도.
Claims (7)
- 고온가스흐름덕트, 저온가스흐름덕트 그리고 둘레에 나선형 핀을 각각 가진 다수의 열파이프를 포함하고, 핀의 권회방향이 몇개의 열파이프의 둘레에서는 시계방향이며 나머지 열파이프의 둘레에서는 반시계방향이고, 고온가스흐름덕트에 있는 각 열파이프의 단부가 다른 단부보다 더 낮게 되도록 열파이프들이 수평으로 약간 경사진 덕트에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 열파이프식 배열회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고온가스흐름덕트에서 시계방향으로 감긴 나선형핀을 가진 열파이프와 반시계방향으로 감긴 나선형 핀을 가진 열파이프로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열파이프식 배열회수장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 시계방향으로 감긴 핀을 각각 가진 열파이프와 반시계방향으로 감긴 핀을 각각 가진 열파이프들이 고온가스흐름덕트에서 수직방향 및/또는 수평방향으로 교대로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 열파이프식 배열회수장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 시계방향으로 감긴 핀을 각각 열파이프와 반시계방향으로 감긴 핀을 각각 가진 열파이프들이 상부에서 하부로 및/또는 줄에서 줄로 교대로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 열파이프식 배열회수장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 고온가스흐름덕트에서 상대적으로 더 고온의 가스흐름에 노출되는 열파이프의 몇줄이 동일한 방향으로 감긴 핀을 구비하고, 덜 고온흐름에 노출되는 열파이프의 나머지줄이 시제방향으로 감긴 핀과 반시계방향으로 감긴 핀을 교대로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 열파이프식 배열회수장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 고온가스흐름덕트에서 상대적으로 더 고온의 가스흐름에 위치된 열파이프의 나선형 핀이 스테인레스 스틸로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열파이프식 배열회수장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 고온가스흐름덕트에 상대적으로 더 고온의 가스흐름에 노출되는 열파이프의 관이 탄소강으로 되고, 반면에 고온가스 흐름덕트에서 상대적으로 덜 고온의 가스흐름에 노출되는 열파이프의 관이 스테인레스스틸으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열파이프식 배열회수장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
